Great location, close to many tramlines (which are so easy to use). It has a lovely old charm, love the giant wooden Art Deco doors. Rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Unfortunately we couldn't get a reservation in their restaurant, so if you want to eat there, book ahead.

This hotel is just terrible From the moment i entered it stinked. Terrible smell in all the hallways and in the elevator Housekeeping arent even doing their job. They cant even make the beds properly! They leave trash on the floor for days! I think everything in the hotel is terrible except for its location Location was great

Lovely old-world hotel with modern trappings. Nice, clean bright, comfortable room, helpful staff, beautiful lobby. Had an amazing (and very expensive) dinner at the famous Cafe Imperial on the main floor: very formal service, but outstanding food. Also had an excellent breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel situated in a fantastic location to visit all that Prague offers. Breakfast was amazing in the Imperial Cafe situated within the hotel, we also had dinner here one night which was fabulous but I recommend you book early to avoid disappointment. We stayed in an Executive Double Room which was gorgeous. Totally recommend

We had a lovely stay here. We arrived before check in and luckily there was already a room available, if not they put bags in a luggage room. The room itself was spotless and a good size. The breakfast was lovely and set us up for a day walking. The location of the hotel was great, a short walk away from Old Town and near tram stops for further exploring. The room was quiet and we heard little noise from the corridors and no traffic. We didn't find the bed that comfy but that is our opinion. Everything else was very nice.

Well tuned, beautiful hotel on the heart of the old city. Easy walks to restaurants, bars, and sites. Come for the location, good food, and well appointed rooms, but stay for the service. From the front desk to the wait staff, to the concierge to the bartender to the maid service, all were top shelf. What a true pleasure. 4 nights, 2 single rooms, $1300.00 USD including city tax and bar.

We chose this hotel for the Art Deco interior. It felt like a step back in time with all the modern facilities you would expect from a hotel. Great location, easy walking distance to all the attractions. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast buffet with very tasty apple strudel.

Lovely hotel. I stayed in a corner Junior Suite. I'm an Art Nouveau and Art Deco fan, so this was a tasted of forgotten elegance. Fabulous to wake up to 9 big windows in a curved wall overlooking the city. Top notch staff, both front desk and concierge, very geared toward client satisfaction. I would stay there again and will recommend to friends.
