Prague's old city is quite crowded and noisy, so it was nice to walk or tram back to the Questenberk for a quiet evening. There were a number of good restaurants near-by, the park around the Petrin Tower was full of trails for walking or...More
We stayed here on the recommendation of my sister-in-law. We enjoyed our stay a great deal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and responsive to our needs. They helped us with travel from and to the airport, including an unscheduled pickup of my husband, who came...More

I have been to Prague few times and I must say this was the best place I stayed in. Totally class. Situated on the west abutment of the river (just next to the castle) it is much quieter and much more romantic area compared to...More

Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the
historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.

Yes you can arrange a pick up by the hotel. But note this, they send the driver to the airport to pick you up. We were delayed in coming in due to plane issues, we were charged for the driver (we agreed this was proper). Just so you know if for some reason you arrive late or on a deferred flight you will be charged. It is just as easy to get a cab from the airport to the hotel and will be a similar price

Can't add details about the tram schedule, but wanted to add that you can purchase a 2 day pass as well as the 3 day option; this worked well for us since we wanted to go out from town (to Petrin, Vyserhad, etc.)
