This place is amazing... From the moment we arrived we were taken care of and everything ran smoothly. We recommend using there services for attractions and other things as they are very knowledgeable and make sure to give the best information for guests at the hotel. The food was amazing with a big variety. The Shabbos experience was amazing as it took care of everything a frum family would need. Highly recommended would come back....

We were here in June 2023 and our stay was very blessed. We enjoyed the big king size bed and air condition on the hot summer night. The kosher breakfast was delicious, the best Shakshuka I ever had!! Thank you!!

The hotel is very welcoming and the staff is all about making sure you have everything you need or want. I had a lovely welcoming checkin, the food for the duration of our stay was superb (we had breakfast and dinner) and during Sabbath, we had a lovely shabbat dinner and super great lunch. Great atmosphere and easy to become friends with other guests eating next to you. Overall, very recommended.

Never had much of a good experience with kosher hotels in Europe - but read the reviews on Booking and checked in for 3 nights with another couple. Decor a bit moody but the welcome was very warm. Everyone from concierge to reception staff was helpful, cheery and willing to chat and advise. Room was very comfortable with easily controllable air con and special request of single quilts on double bed was there waiting for us. Breakfast was excellent though the toaster went on a go slow. Even when the dining room got a bit hectic at around 9 am staff were remarkably cool and helpful and found us a table for 4 instantly. We used the evening buffet two nights and celebrated a friends 70th with cocktails which came quickly from the bar upstairs and were well prepared. The food was good and plentiful. Checkout is surprisingly generous at 12 midday and very welcome when you have a late flight home as we did. We got caught in a thunderstorm on the last day and the staff helped us gain access to our stored luggage and showed us where we could change. I understand that some of their clients are not Jewish and I can see why they would choose to stay here. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in - wife had zero complaints - never happened before.

we took the delux room and it was great. pillows awesome - clean and new sheets everyday (remember to ask for it - the default is just organizing the bed due to environement issues....) delux room big enough for a couple - - not much more. amazing food - varied fresh and tasty. and of course strictly kosher. a great solution for kosher food in prague even for guests from other hotels. dining room extremely small -seating way too close to other guests - come early and choose the better seats.... the team very kind and friendly - lots of help with tips and tours in prague. nice very clean spa with a small gym and a small pool. small but available and cozy. beautiful synagogue with large library and friendly host gabay. general atmosphere between the hotel guests is great - we found our selves finding new friends since many of them went with us to guided tours together exiting from the hotel. tour tip: if your not interested in shopping - dont take the drezden tour. (4 hours of shoping...) the organized prague tour is great and saved us a lot of time finding our way doing it by ourselves. the group was very nuce too. dont forget retuenig to the karl bridge by night......

The hotel has a boutique hotel vibe, it felt old world Europe with all the modern touches you would expect in a luxury hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and basically sound proof which was so nice. The amenities in the room were excellent, comfortable towels, beautiful bathroom with towel warmer rack. There were also amenities for Shabbat observant Jews, including a Shabbat lamp and Shabbat hot water kettle. The morning breakfast buffet was truly 5 star, think Israel hotel. Wonderful selection of the freshest breakfast treats from Shakshuka, to pancakes, and everything in between. Plenty of salad and fruit as well. Dinner in the hotel is a buffet and it is absolutely fantastic. Five star cuisine all the way. Avoid a room on the 6th floor, I am 6ft tall and I hit my head on the slanted ceiling in the middle of the night.
