Stay in this hotel for 3 nights. We’re very impress with this hotel. Nice room with kitchen. Huge balcony where you can sit or lie down. Very nice front desk with incredible service. Two nice guys at front desk Hendrix and Melvin. They were so helpful in everything. We have some tour and need to find out how to get there. They told my husband that they finished at 7:00 pm and they will show him how to get there. And they did. Thank you, guys for your help. You were incredible. Any questions we have you can ask them.

Lovely hotel, perfect location in Old Town. Very quiet & staff excellent, especially Victoria, Nark & Nina who gave been wonderful. Most major attractions are within walking distance and the tram line is close by as well

Really nice hotel, we are really glad that we chose this hotel for our Prague trip, thank you Alina for making our stay so special. I stayed here as part of a group for a meeting and my experience was entirely positive. The catering for the meeting was excellent and the meeting room was lovely, bright and airy. I really liked my bedroom, which was a Bookquet premium room. Very generous in size, with a high ceiling, very quiet with a really nice double-door window overlooking the street. There was both a blackout blind and a regular privacy blind. The staff were all exceptionally nice and friendly and nothing was a problem. The breakfast was lovely. Lots of variety and options. The location is perfect, very close to Charles bridge. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Prague.

Very good location at the city center. Old town, Charles bridge, Prague castle and other beautiful places are near the hotel. The staff were perfect. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel director Martina was extremely kind and polite. I will definitely will be back.

We visited Leonardo in November 2023 and stayed in the new part of the hotel. The rooms were very big/nice and the service was excellent. I understand that the reception area and the "old rooms" will be renovated soon and then this will be a truly 5 star hotel. The hotel arranged a 2 hour walking tour with a private guide which was excellent!
