Been many times before , this was a birthday trip but very disappointed that the room wasn’t ready on arrival … I was told that I would receive a call when room was ready but unfortunately no call came…. So we spent the first day in Prague wearing the cloths we traveled in. On our return to the hotel the reception staff apologised but too little too late. I have always been welcomed with a smile from the wonderful Josef but this time because it was his days off the experience was sub standard. I can only say that in my opinion the hotel is great but greater when Josef is there to meet and greet the customers as this was the reason myself and my wife have been so many times before.

This was a great hotel in conventions location with walking distance to the best areas. The steak house dinner was amazing and the staff was very professional and courteous. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Amazing location next to everything around. Walking distance. The hotel is luxury boutique with nice design and very friendly staff. We hade an amazing dinner at Giorgio prime steak which is one of the top steak restaurants for me. Well done 👏

I had a great experience staying at The Emblem. The location is PERFECT. You are in the middle of Old Town but on a quiet little cobbled street. You can walk to The Charles Bridge and The Astronomical Clock is right around the corner. In addition, you in are within waking distance to one of the oldest synagogues in Prague. I would request a room with a balcony. The doors open so you can hear the bells chiming and have fresh air. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was bright, clean and fresh. And a very cozy bed. AND PRAGUE IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL CITY!! Enjoy.

I would definitely stay here again just for the friendly staff! Great location to everything Good clean room and hearty breakfast. The spa was great and nice bathrobes provided. Roof terrace has brilliant views. This was a business trip but it felt like being on holiday.

Wonderful stay at The Emblem Prague. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. We booked a private transfer from airport through them aside from the accommodation. Special mention to Helena; Sally at breakfast who was a delight, she was always smiling and ready to help as well as the concierge, Ludek.
