Hotel B and B prague reminded me off a very good version travel lodge you’d find in the UK. The room was basic (it didn’t include a safe or mini fridge although this wasn’t included within the booking anyway) but mainly the room was clean, well presented and the bathroom was very nice. Although the beds were a little hard, for all 4 nights we had a great nights sleep. The hotel is located in a quiet area so there is no late night or early morning noise. Although being in a slightly quieter area of the city you are not far from the city itself. I’m sure you could use the trams but you can walk to and from the old town square in about 20/25 mins and the walk is nice to see all the side streets of the city. Breakfast was basic continental, but pleasant enough and considering it was included in the price anyway we were happy enough. Note that the bread rolls are as a Brit Would say are on the ‘dry/ stale/ old’ side but our friend who lives in the Czech Republic says this is how Czech rolls are. Note there is a Mac Donald’s and Starbucks within a 5 minute walk if a more familiar breakfast is your thing. We couldn’t fault the staff. The desk was manned 24hrs and were polite and easy to deal with. I think for the price you pay overall you get what you expect and for that you can ask no more.

A friend I spent 4 nights at this hotel whilst visiting another friend and seeing the sights in Prague. In terms of location, the hotel is a little out of the main centre (15 min walk approx). However it still feels very central due to how large Prague is and sprawls out. The hotel is not dated but doesn’t seem particularly modern either. It has a very simplistic feel. Staff are polite in the reception upon arrival. It has a very small lobby area with seating, vending machines and toilets hidden away. This area could get crowded easily. The rooms themselves are basic. They are clean and tidy, have decent beds, a small desk and a wardrobe. Numerous charging sockets are available which is nice and there is a TV. Unfortunately, there is no safe or mini fridge which did feel like a small hindrance. The bathroom is not spacious but is once again clean and tidy. Towels are replenished daily and small toiletries are provided. The hotel offers breakfast which was included within our booking. The breakfast is very basic. Cereals, fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese and some boiled eggs is all it has to offer. However, the coffee and drinks machines were in good working order and the staff worked hard. Overall, this hotel offers a simple, easy and affordable stay in Prague. You get what you pay for but I was satisfied with the overall value. The additions of a safe, mini fridge and a more comprehensive breakfast would pay dividends though.

The hotel is pretty modern with the room and washroom pretty updated as well. No complaints on that aspect whatsoever. The location of the hotel is close to the Florenc tram stop, and a 20-minute walk to the Old Town. The breakfast was great as well, plenty of cheeses and breads and they also serve hot food such as meat and eggs. But the eggs are not scrambled, they are hardboiled. So that was a bummer.

This hotel was as expected - clean and affordable. While the beds were a little stiff and not plush, the staff was very accommodating in giving us extra pillows. The breakfast area was large and comfortable and has a decent selection. The room itself served every purpose we needed in our 3 night stay. About a 15-20 minute walk into Old Town, but a great location if you’re willing to walk a little bit to get to the main area and trying to find an affordable place. Not much in the area, but felt very safe!

The check-in process was extremely terrible. At first, the front desk cannot find my reservation with the booking ID in their booking system. I clarified my first name and last name a couple of times and asked if they can search it using my name information and they insisted the booking doesn’t exist. The male staff are not helpful at all. They just kept asking me to confirm with the booking agency (which is Agoda). So, I was asking help from Agoda customer service for almost 2 hours. The whole process was totally stressful and depressing. Finally, the reception changed to another girl (who is smarter and more friendly) and she helped me search their system again using my name information and she found out they were messing up my first name and last name for 2 hours (although I have already clarified them very clearly for a couple of times). This check-in experience was the most terrible one to me in my life. Only the girl staff is friendly and smart, the manager is totally unhelpful and not willing to provide any help.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Feb this year. I was fairly satisfied with staying this hotel. The average hotel room fee including breakfast was 50 euro. Staying at this hotel was reasonable, and I could get to Florence station for 5 min. on foot, so it was convenient. The room didn't have a refrigerator. 今年2月に2泊しました。宿泊代は朝食こみで平均50ユーロです。おおむね満足です。値段相応、駅から徒歩5分と便利でした。部屋に冷蔵庫がありません。
