in the heart of the old town, so convenient. staff were so friendly, helped with anything we needed. Lovely big, spacious, modern room with feel of a boutique, independent hotel. breakfast served in your room at a time of your choice.

Our positive experience started even before we got on the plane. I e-mailed the hotel requesting the room to be ready early, since we were supposed to land at 8:40am, we got a quick reply saying our room will be ready for us early with no extra charge. They also offered to arrange a pick up from the airport, which...

I submitted my first review and it didn't get to the correct site, and since the "Old Town Square Hotel" deserves a great review I'm going to take the time to submit again and hope it gets through to the proper site. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. Vaclav ensured I was comfortable upon my arrival. Abdi...

My first time to Prague and the old town, I wasn't disappointed it's lively full of happy people, smiles and laughter... The building are an architectural delight, a true fairyland... Avoid weekends, go midweek if possible to avoid Stag and Hen parties .......

Brilliant hotel. Very central easy to walk to all the main attractions. Entrance is through a restaurant and you have to ring a buzzer to get in so very secure. We were allocated 2 rooms which were huge. High ceilings, lovely big bed and a luxurious bathroom with bath and walk in shower. No restaurant so staff brought our breakfast...

This hotel is absolutely lovely, I would go back to it in a heartbeat. It's in walking distance of everything. Lots of people have commented to say watch out for the tourist traps charging lots for food and drink etc. but let me tell you, Prague is cheap! The most I paid for a pint of beer was still only...

I really enjoyed my stay with the Old Town Square Hotel, their customer care is first class. If I am honest, I wasn't a fan of the entrance through the restaurant, and prefer more classical style hotel lobby areas, but other than that it was great, and in the best location in Prague. Breakfast in your room is a new...

We are a family of 5 and stayed for 3 nights. The room was roomy and clean and the service was outstanding. Breakfast was served in the room each morning which was great. The hotel is in a prime location right on the Old Town Square. This means there is a bit of noise at night - the double windows...

The hotel is in an amazing location right in the heart of the square. Breakfast bought to your room every day was perfect. Friendly staff, really helpful to the point they recognized us in a busy square coming over on what was their break to say our taxi had been booked for the airport. An amazing hotel would definitely recommend.

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
