Avoid this place! Arrives at 7pm and reception door was locked. Bit of paper on the door with an attempt at information about where to get our keys. Roughly half a mile up a steep Street and round into the next one with 5 stops looking for directions, an hour passed and we were given an envelope with two keys... More

The experience in this "hotel" -perhaps is better to characterize it as a very bad Hostel with a toilet and not remotely a 3 star hotel- was horrible! The first room they gave us smelled so much mold that it was not possible to stay. We informed the "front desk" and after strong protest they gave us another room just... More

This hotel is extremely cheap and you get great value for money. We weren't expecting much and in fact were worried we might have made a bad choice but it gave us everything we needed for four guys for four nights. The location is a quick tram ride or a fairly long walk away from the centre of Prague and... More

I stayed in this hotel just for one night, but I got what I paid for. It is a very cheap hotel close to the city center. The room was quite big, the bathroom as well. If you are looking for a cheap accommodation in Prague, I can definitely recommend you this hotel.

We traveled with a group of 4 and got a really big apartment in Grand Hotel for very good value (probably best value for space ever). Be aware of the fact that there is no cooking plate in the kitchen, if you would want to cook. Wifi works fine, private parking available but kind of expensive in comparison with the... More

Low cost and low level hotel. We stayed in a very big room infused with cigarette smoke on the ground floor in the annex. I have NEVER heard so much noice from a room above in any other hotel. We were almost worried they would fall through the cardboard(?) floor. Decent and filling breakfast but the staff could be more... More

Stayed for 5 nights. Large room (7) with large bathroom, however frequent and loud noise from room above became an increasing issue. Decent breakfast with range however, it was the same food everyday. Towels were not changed by cleaning staff, would have liked new towels at some point. Receptionist very nice, friendly and helpful.

Dear Sir, thank you for your feedback, we greatly appreciate it. As for the towels they are changed every three days or on request if you just leave it on the bathroom floor. I am sorry if you found the noise insulation insufficient, we will take a good look into the issue on management level and find a way to... More
