From Prague Airport take bus number 119 and go to stop Nadrazi Veleslavin. There, right in front of the bus stop, you will see the enterence to the metro. Take train, direction Depo Hostivar, and go till station Namesti Miru. Then go out from metro and our hotel is like 7 min walk, look on google maps :)
Best regards, Elena

If I remember correctly, it is a two stage trip, bus to train, then train to hotel... OR.. do what we did and that was to book "Prague Airport Transfers" we were met at arrivals by a man in a black suit holding our sign with our name on it and we were dropped at the hotels door in approx. 30 mins ( it is quite a distance ) we used the shared ride option and saved a bunch of money .. we used them to go back to the airport as well and they picked us up exactly on time ... VERY professional company..
