Stayed here for three nights and were pleasantly surprised after the other negatives comments. Although the hotel is basic, our room was clean and had a modern bathroom. The fridge was full and towels changed daily. We had breakfast on the last day which was fine. Cooked and continental available. The only thing I didn't like was that our bedroom...

Stayed here for 4 nights. Location is near tourist areas, so it was very convinient. Good neighborhood and close to metro station Andel. Good breakfast but small room and bathroom. The room and bathroom were clean. Ok customer service.

We planned to stay for 3nughts, had no hot water, and by day 2 we still had no hot water, my day 2 we could not stay any further. They were less than helpful and tried to force us to sign a damage waiver. Would not recommend this hotel, they could provide the most basic of amenities!!

Large room, comfortable bed, clean and warm (it was February ;) Breakfast was good, but more variety would be better... The receptionist spoke good english and was helpful, she recommended us a restaurant "Tradice" we both liked. Went there twice...

The hotel is a five minute walk from the metro and tram. A big mall and supermarket are also the same distance. The hotel is clean, housekeeping does a good job every day. The receptionists however, should follow a hospitality course, or at least try to smile every now and then.

Visited Prague and stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Hotel is clean but that is about it. Staff where somewhat friendly but rooms are antiquated, t.v. is a small as a mobile phone. Location is not very good as it is far from the tourist spots, although the hotel has easy access to metro and tram. Would not return...

It's exactly what you would expect given what you've paid for. Can't really complain. It was clean and comfortable. Staff weren't the friendliest but if you're just stopping for a quick break in Prague this place was fine!

I spent five nights in this small hotel in Antěl, Prague. Situated to a quite neighbourhood but next to the river and very close to metro, tram and bus station it is the perfect base for your expeditional journey in Prague. Clean, taken care of with multilingual personnel. Not something overluxurious but sufficient.
