Hotel close to the train station. Room was good. Could have done with a couple of hooks in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast had a good hot and cold selection. Bar was small but the staff were really nice.

There were many positives for us during our stay here. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms large and packed with plenty of amenities and a lovely breakfast buffet. It's located about a 15 minute walk from Old Town square - not too far but far enough that it is away from the crowd noise. However, the tram noise outside is still loud and the rooms are difficult to control the temperature in. The Wi-Fi is also slow. Despite these though we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is nice, a quirky design & in a good location only a 10 minute walk from the main areas of Wencelas Square & the Old Town. The room itself felt a little small for what is called a superior room but had ample storage & a free safe. There was no main bathroom but a separate shower cubicle, a separate toilet & a basin in the room which meant nowhere to hang or dry your towels. As mentioned in previous reviews the room was either too hot or too cold & we could not control the temperature. I took earplugs but my husband hardly slept for the 3 nights we were there due to the noise from the tram (running all night & making the room shake at times) & noise from people talking going back to their rooms at night. The breakfast was OK, nothing special but was a good choice but on the last morning there were 2 dogs in the breakfast room who were being walked around by their owners while they were getting food next to the plates. The one dog had its head on them! I have nothing against dogs but I don't think this is very hygenic! Hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas & staff very friendly & helpful but the lack of sleep for us means we probably wouldn't ever go back.

Gorgeous hotel, stayed here for 3 nights at 13th-16th December ,we loved everything about it, easy check in, well stocked spacious rooms. The breakfast was amazing and has a fabulous selection too. In walking distance to the city centre, an my mum has a bad knee, still she managed to walk in to town every day. The staff are super friendly and really helpful, nothing is too much trouble, they do an amazing Job of making you feel welcome . Hopefully we will be back in the future

Lovely hotel, modern, clean and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Trams run past but not too noisy to disturb you. Would definitely come back.

Ideal location for exploring Prague. Staff were all very lovely and helpful. Room was clean, large bed, and had plenty of storage space. Breakfast buffet was lovely and had lots of great options. Would recommend trying Meat & Greet restaurant only 4 min walk down end of the road! My only ‘negative’ is that it isn’t very soundproof! Tram going past window every few minutes, and could hear other rooms when using the shower, and phone alarms going off! But this is the only ‘negative’ would still recommend.

We had a fantastic stay with various other couples for a short city break. The hotel is ideally located only a 10 minute walk onto the Main Street! The hotel was lovely and clean, and the breakfast had a large variety. Lots of different places to eat and drink only a short walk away.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time was a last minute booking at 2am when we got locked out of a previous booking and we havent looked back. Our trip to Prague was for medical reasons and honestly the staff really really looked after us. The rooms are beautiful and the staff in particular were outstanding. Even down to saving us 2 big plates of breakfast when my medical proceedure ran over by a few hours. We also got upgraded to a stunning room due to a tech issue with our booked room. The breaksfast is also phenomenal!! One last shout out to the staff again they absolutely go out of their way for you.

I booked this hotel as a package with easyJet as a birthday present. The reviews were very mixed but sometimes people can be so harsh so I gave it a risk. I’m so glad I picked this hotel we had no issues whatsoever. The lobby is modern with a quirky style and this shows in the rooms aswell. I booked the superior room and it was lovely. The bed was super comfy not to mention it was huge! the sink is in the room separate to the bathroom some people may not like this but we absolutely loved it as it was quirky and different to other hotels. The TV was a smart TV so was able to watch Netflix after a day of exploring Prague. The hotel is not super central but central enough where it’s only a 14 min walk to old town. Everything is in walking distance we walked everywhere and loved it. The one thing I will say is that the trams go past all the time so can be quite noisy whilst they are going past the hotel but this didn’t bother us as we slept really well every night but it could bother other people maybe light sleepers. Our shower was also very powerful which isn’t a bad thing but it moved on me because of the pressure one night and I nearly flooded the room by accident! we couldn’t fault this hotel and we loved Prague such a beautiful city.

To start on a positive, the breakfast and location of the hotel is brilliant. Plenty of selection for any type of eaters, and the location being very close to the city centre. I’ve been to prague before and found it very easy to navigate myself around. On another note… The temperature in the rooms was actually ridiculous. The 4 nights i was at this hotel was probably the worst 4 nights sleep i’ve ever had. Me and my boyfriend tried the aircon plenty of times and was unable to drop below 26°C. After reading other reviews on this, we came to find out that the aircon is turned off in all rooms from october to may?????? Not very helpful when you’ve got 2 radiators that are on 24/7 with a tag on saying “do not touch/ turn off”. I must’ve woke up about 7 times a night dripping in sweat. The rooms are also not soundproof as claimed. We heard next door talking all through the night. To give the hotel some leeway, we understand that this is not entirely their fault, but one of the main reasons we picked this hotel was because of how much of a light sleeper i am, so soundproof rooms sounded amazing to me. The outside noise is also very questionable. Overall, this hotel isn’t the worst. The decor, food selection and location are brilliant. However if you’re someone who values your sleep, i wouldn’t recommend at all.
