My partner and i stayed at this hotel in November for 6 nights. The hotel is around 15-20 mins from the airport, for which the staff at Jeleni arranged for us both ways, this cost 650 CZK. The hotel is perfectly situated by tram line so getting around prague was never a problem, it was quick, efficient and cheap. The... More

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 6 days in March of 2006. It was a little difficult to find but it was worth it. The hotel seems to have undergone a complete renovation. I think they even have free parking if you have a car. The place was VERY nice. Lots of old warm charm and modern... More

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with my partner and my first response was that it was immaculately clean. We had a double room at the front of the building which was spacious and the bathroom was tiled and impeccable. However, there were a few problems... Firstly, they do not give you complimentary soap (only handwash) or shampoo,... More

I have just came from 5 days in Praha and I stayed at Hotel Jeleni Dvur. It's an old building, which won an architectural award for its reconstruction. The hotel is located in a top of a hill, but has a tram stop right in front of the main door. From there you can take trams 22 or 23 and... More

Staying in Hradcany & Letna

Neighbourhood Profile
Hradcany & Letna
Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.
