Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Coffee/tea and sweets for guest with earl flights. About 10 min walk to the old city. The shuttle service was quite expensive, so we decided to use Uber.

Stayed at the Grandior Hotel for 5 nights for a family occasion. Rooms are lovely and have a large clean bathroom with a bath and shower. Underfloor heating in the bathroom is also great! Beds are comfy and it is very quiet at night (no lift noise etc). Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. She arranged a...

We booked the Grandior on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. The hotel is modern, clean and very welcoming. The breakfast is buffet style and caters for everyone, we were very pleased with this. The rooms are large, quiet and very clean. The location is on the edge of the old town, but you are in the first of...

This hotel is amazing! The staff are very helpful and can't do enough for you! We originally had a room were the outside noise was an issue, we asked to be moved which they did no problem and even got a member of staff to come and assist us. The hotel is a short walk away from the main square...

My favorite part of the hotel stay was the breakfast with live piano music. We were greeted every morning at the breakfast room with a glass of sparkling wine and the piano player played all through breakfast. It was a short walk to the beautiful city center. The front desk arranged for concert tickets and tours (cash only so make...

We stayed over Easter weekend. Overall our stay was good. Location good and room was in good order, although it certainly didn't look like the one on the pictures. I just don't get that this is a 5 star hotel, it is overrated. If you're looking for an average hotel with good location this is a good choice. If you...

The Grandior is well situated in Prague, with the old town and many attractions within walking distance. the hotel reception is modern, with lots of mirrors and shiny surfaces, and the bar and reception are in this area and there is a real buzz to the hotel as soon as you walk in. The room was as you would expect...

Stayed here for a city break with a friend 4 nights. The location suited our needs perfectly as it was walking distance to all major sights. The hotel and room we stayed in were spotless and well equipped; we had a safe, clothes iron and board, dressing gowns, slippers, complementary beauty supplies and much more. The bathroom was big and...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
