This is a Hotel I would highly recommend if visiting Prague. It is that good I am returning shortly. The Hotel itself is elegant, very clean and above all very close to city centre. Absolute most helpful staff and very pleasant. I was stunned also by the size of the room in which I must say I never expected the size of it for just one person.. Everything in the room you need such as Mini bar, tea and coffee making, wifi etc,etc and again room very clean and the bathroom is just as good with bath, shower and everything you need. I would highly suggest this hotel is worth every penny.

We have just had a lovely stay here. We arrived with our 4 month old, quite late so it was lovely to arrive in the room with travel cot all made up, Even with a complimentary kids bath wash and soap. Room was very clean, comfortable bed and a good size. Shower is great pressure, that can cause some splash on floor and sink area but a bit of adjustment and it’s ok! Great location, 10 minutes walk to the main square and a tram line right outside which was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Best hotel breakfast we’ve had ever. Big selection and very tasty. Good coffee and again the staff were very friendly and helpful . Would definitely recommend and we would stay again if we return to Prague!

We have recommended this hotel to several friends intending to visit Europe over the next few years.
Facilities were great, breakfast outstanding and staff very friendly & helpful. In our trip around Europe, this was one of the 2 best hotels we visited. Rooms were comfortable & easily accessed as was the dining area.

We've just returned from a wonderful stay at this fabulous hotel, my Daughter booked the hotel for myself and my husband for our 40th wedding anniversary. We were booked for bed and breakfast, our room was wonderful ,we even had a small balcony and underfloor heating in the bathroom which was lovely after a shower not having to stand on a cold ceramic floor. I can honestly say the breakfast room was fantastic one of the best breakfasts we've ever had ,there was everything you could want from cereals, fresh fruits ,meats and cheeses ,egg station ,pastries you name it they served it .The hotel was very well located the tram stop was directly outside the hotel which was a added bonus especially as we are pensioners and over 65s travel free which was a real perk for us .The staff at the hotel were wonderful, in actual fact it was a member of staff who pointed out to us about the tram being free ! It was our first time in Prague but you can guarantee we will be back and we will definitely be choosing the Grandior for our next visit !…

The hotel and all staff are so attentive and wonderful . I had a special birthday and the chef was asked to make a trifle for me ,he exceed all my expectations. We used the wellness spa and had a great massage too.Great location, easy walk to old town square , metro and bus stop/tram just outside. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend

i had an absolutely amazing birthday stay at the grandior hotel prague this october. i visited with my mum and we had a twin room, and from the second we arrived to the second we left we had an absolutely seamless visit. staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful - and i was highly impressed to see how much attention to the small details they paid. as soon as we checked in i was wished a happy birthday by the team at reception which was a lovely touch, and any interactions we had with them through the whole holiday was positive, cheerful and very very kind. we even left some birthday beers we couldn’t take back home with us as a thank you for how lovely they were to us for the entire duration of our trip! the rooms are amazingly quiet and incredibly clean, and the bathrooms were absolutely stunning. we stayed on a bed and breakfast board basis and every breakfast we had at the hotel was absolutely incredible with a wide range of food available for all tastes. cooked breakfasts, pancakes, fruit, cereal, breads - everything was available, and the omelettes that are hand made by a member of the team to your tastes are absolutely fantastic - highly recommend. the location is phenomenal - with you being in direct walking and tram distance to the old town of prague, the jewish quarter and central prague. i highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in prague and do lots of excursions aswell, as every excursion provider that we booked with who did transfers had them directly from the grandior. overall i had an amazing time and would recommend this hotel to anybody who wishes to go to prague. :))🤍🤍 thank you for an incredible stay, team!…

We recently stayed here for 4 nights and it was amazing! The hotel is beautiful and the lobby area when you walk in looks very impressive! Our room was lovely, very clean and spacious. The housekeeping team clean the room everyday and they always leave it looking spotless! There is a safe that is free to use in the room for any valuables. The TV has a selection of different channels and it is a smart TV so you are able to log-in to Netflix etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel had good WiFi which was free throughout the stay. It was fast enough to stream TV shows. There was lots of choice at breakfast, however some of the choices tasted a bit bland. However the omelette live cooking station was very nice! I loved the robot that carried the plates away and the pianist playing in the breakfast room one morning was a really nice addition. The location of the hotel is perfect. The tram and bus stop is located right outside the hotel which makes it easy to travel around Prague. There are 2 large shopping centres on the same street as the hotel and a Starbucks, McDonald's, a pharmacy and a range of other shops and restaurants. You are also only a short walk away from the main square. This hotel is excellent value for money. We would definitely stay in this hotel again! …

We stayed here as part of a ba holiday and didn't have particularly high expectations as it was excellent value. However was very pleasantly surprised, originally we were put in a room with two single beds, quick phone call to reception and we were moved straight to a double. The rooms were nice particularly the bathrooms and were very spacious. The air con in the room didn't seem to want to go to the temperature we selected but it was only a little too warm. Breakfast was fantastic and over the weekend there was a piano player which was a nice touch. Fresh omlettes very good. Would definitely stay again if we return to Prague!
