A not too large Hotel which made an effort for the start of Advent. Small touches, but they counted. My room was adequate and the bathroom spacious, thought the lighting could have been better. The disappearing towels were interesting. I started with four and on the last day of my stay there were only two, though I wished for a... More

We had a very nice stay here. It's just a few blocks from the shopping district and old town. The bathroom was quite large for a hotel and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was quite good. A lot to choose from and everything very fresh. A very good apricot juice which they also provide at the front desk as... More

Quiet hotel close to Hlavni nadrazi (about a 4 minute walk). A nice hotel for the price (not cheaply decorated, but simple elegance). Great service at the front desk, helpful with directions and wait staff were courteous. Room was clean and warm, plenty of electrical outlets and space for luggage. Single room had a king bed. Bathroom was clean and... More

2 mins walk from main station, 5 mins walk from Wenceslas Square and metro. Old town square and much more is within 20-30 min walking distance. In a fairly quiet position. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Room and ensuite spacious and selection of good quality toiletries provided. Safe and mini bar. Friendly and helpful staff with good command of English. Broad... We stayed here for a cheapish price, for a friends 40th. Location couldn't be easier to reach from airport, right next to a metro stop. The checkin was easy, and rooms easy to find. I'd say the hotel was a little warm, even mid Oct we needed windows open all night to keep cool whilst sleeping. Opposite is a small... More

The hotel is just a short walk from the railway station. The hostesses at the counter and the porter were extremely helpful. The hotel has elevator so lifting luggage upstairs is not an issue. It took about 15 minutes to walk to the town square or the national opera house. The national museum (under renovation when we visited Prague) is... More

Not bad hotel for price. Room was clean and equipped with all essentials. Location very convenient, close to old town and main railway station. Breakfast was ok nothing extra. For some reason I didn't have good sleep there, it was too hot at night even with air conditional turned on and if you open window then you can hear noise... More

I Would stay there again if I visit Prague in the future. Seems like they have a lot of regular guest that feel the same. Wide variety of travelers from... More

Friendly staff, clean hotel, good beds, close to a metro station, tasty breakfast! And, AC! What more could you want? If I ever visit prague again, I'll be staying at this hotel. They even had a nice restaurant associated with the hotel.

The hotel is like 2 blocks away from the main train station, which is the end of line for airport bus too. So if you want to save some money, don't take the cab to this hotel. My room is facing the back, which doesn't feature that much of a view but is extremely quiet. The shower stall is somehow... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
