Normally stay in hotel a bit further out but as we were only there for 2 nights decided to stay at majestic. The room we got was round at the back of hotel looking on to rooftops when I closed the curtains they were about 6 inches to short which meant daylight streaming in. When I complained was given different...

The hotel was very clean, staff were very helpful and food was plentiful and very nice. While we were there it did nothing but rain but heh the hotel supplied...

A few years ago I reviewed this hotel with a heading "Not the best". This was because although the hotel had the potential to be a good hotel it just fell short in so many areas. Anyway - we thought we would give it another go in the hope it had improved. Sadly it has not. As other reviews have...

Room was a decent size and the bed was in my opinion very good. Great variety for breakfast and a nice touch with a welcome...

The location is also very good. The city center is only some minutes walk. Perfect place to stay if you want to visit the most popular tourist...

Pros: The room was good, silent, clean. Not professionally renovated. Location was good and accessible. Cons: We had to ask for everything like to give us a better room, to clean our table before sitting, ... Otherwise you will suffer. Breakfast was awful, I never had such a breakfast in my life in any of my trips. Not so many...

I had a booking during April 2017 ,location and rooms were very good but breakfast was terrible and you don't have much choices .price less than 85 euro per night for double rooms is good otherwise it doesn't worth it.hotel is clean and size of rooms was very good.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
