Wonderfull family experience in an excellent Apparment just at the center of Prague old town. Well equipped Apparment with care to the details. We have been the extended family with a baby and they took care of everything needed. Great view of Prague from the balcony, walking distance to all attractions. Staff is very friendly and glad to help with all you need. Highly recommended.

I stayed with my family in the 2 bedroom apartment. The location was great everything was near the hotel. The apartment was a complete disaster everything was damaged or broken (bathroom door holder, coffee table, glass wall of the kitchen) my advise to check the apartment before you finalize the check in take photo of everything and inform the reception so that they don’t charge u when you check out. They don’t clean the apartment during ur stay n they charge u 10 Eur for changing the towels. Due to the location we couldn’t sleep nicely as many drunk people were shouting in the streets all night. There is a small shop by the hotel door for an Asian lady I advise you not to buy anything from her she is going to charge u about 50 Eur for 6 water bottles.

My boyfriend and I reside in Chicago and are both late 30’s professionals. We have taken no less than 20 trips in the last 5 years (some international) and consider ourselves seasoned travelers. I have written many positive reviews over the years and sadly this was my first negative experience. We arrived in Prague 3 days ago as a side trip from a wedding we attended in Poland. We walked into Rybna 9 and were given the keys to apartment 6 on the 5th floor. Upon entering our room we noticed there was a backpack and some shopping bags laying on the living room floor. Just then a very strange man exited the main bathroom appearing very nervous and fumbling with his belt buckle. He stated there must’ve been a mix up when he checked in and quickly collected his belongings. I went down to the front desk to straighten things out thinking we were given the wrong room accidentally. The front desk woman (I never got her name) appeared visibly confused and said it was not possible as we were the first to check in that day. I assured her there was a man in our room and gave her his description. My boyfriend then joined us at the desk with all of our luggage and informed us the man fled down a back staircase. It was determined pretty quickly that this man was not a hotel guest and snuck in somehow. I asked for another room as apartment 6 was now soiled and unsecure. She stated they were full and it was not possible. She repeatedly said “I don’t know what to do,” and “What the f@#$?” I suggested she call her manager. She then informed us that the phone at the front desk was missing and she was unsure what happened to it, so she retrieved her cellphone to place the call. After speaking with her manager she said that they believed we were making the story up. I’m not sure what motive we would have for making up such a bizarre story but was not very happy it was suggested. There was a monitor visible to us with at least 6 views from the security cameras around the building. When I suggested she check the footage for proof she stated she did not know how to retrieve the data. She accompanied us to the room so we could show her that this man left a few personal belongings behind. She then said “Ok, I believe you.” I requested for the locks to be changed or a full refund so we could go somewhere else. I was told a refund was completely out of the question. An hour later they had arranged to get the locks changed the same day. We were fairly satisfied with that plan and decided to try and salvage the evening rather than wait in the room for the locksmith. We did not want to leave our valuables in the room given there was no safe and it was unsecure. The front desk lady offered to put our belongings behind the desk while we went to dinner, but given the phone had been misplaced I didn’t trust her with my laptop. So we carried 2 laptops, an iPad, all of my jewelry and other valuables all around town after a very long day of travel. When we returned the locks had indeed been changed and the front desk woman apologized for being unprofessional. She stated it was the icing on the cake of a very bad day. We all have them and I was grateful for the apology regarding her behavior. What was lacking was any type of contact from the management team. Given the fact we spent 2 hours on arrival sorting out this mess, then carried two heavy bags around town all evening, I was expecting at the very least a breakfast voucher or partial refund. No apology, not a word. My guess is they still do not believe us. I’ll say it again. Check the security footage. Although the apartment was nice and the location was great, we will not be staying there again.

We chose this apartment because we were sharing with another couple and wanted our own bed/bathroom each. The location was excellent! The balcony and view exceptional. Beds low but very comfortable and bedrooms had plenty of space and were air conditioned. Unfortunately the rest of the unit all the living areas and bathroom were uncomfortably hot. This was a surprise and very disappointing. So be aware if renting in summer! The staff were friendly and helpful. Supermarkets and eateries nearby.

If you want to have a good time in clean environment in prime location, than this is your place to go. You can rent appartments of different sizes, all clean, modern and with all annemities you need, including kitchen with cutlery and crockery. If your members know each other or you have couples then you can accommodate two people in a room and easily bring 8 people in an appartment. Toilets and showers are clean as well and the location is in the center of old town Prague.

Nothing to complain about. Great position, close to sights, public transport. Staff excellent, friendly. Parking is down in an elevator, a new experience for us. Very safe. We stayed in the Sunset suite. Spacious, beautiful rooms, large sitting room, view from our bedroom just stunning day or night, same with sitting room Has a large balcony as well. Second bedroom also big and beautiful. 2 bathrooms and a toilet. Has a washer also with a drying rack. Quiet with doors shut, noisy open. Prague is party town. Did I mention the view! Amazing. Couldn’t recommend enough.

This gem of an apartment is located right in the middle of action. We were a family of 5 (including my toddler) visiting Prague for 3 days and we could not have found a better place to put up. Few days before our travel, we received an email to confirm our booking and if we needed any grocery (I suggest buying it yourself once in Prague as their options are a bit pricey). Our check-in was super smooth and the receptionist quickly helped me get my car in their underground parking. Their apartment was very spacious and well appointed with almost all amenities (except soap and shampoo, which was a little surprising but no big deal). It even had a washer drier with detergent. We had a two bedroom apartment which had one attached complete WC and washroom, and one separate washroom and one separate WC. It also had a nice large kitchen with all kitchenware, a TV with satellite (no English channels but you don't travel all the way to Prague to watch TV, do you?), and a smooth elevator access to all rooms. So, a perfect abode for two couples of all ages. Best part was their terrace - what a lovely view, especially during sunset! Grocery stores and all landmarks are a few minutes of walk but all within reach. The apartment was definitely more value for money. The checkout was smooth too but most disappointing because we did not want to check-out. :) Thanks for everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rybna 9 apartments, and I’m so glad I found it. I was traveling with my sister and her husband for five nights, and booked the two bedroom apartment with a balcony. It was perfect. Our apartment was #6, with a large living room and open kitchen, a good sized queen bedroom with private shower and sink, a large master bedroom with another full bathroom (bath, shower in tub, toilet and sink) off the hallway, and another separate toilet also off the hallway. The bedrooms had excellent air conditioning which was needed during our stay. The master bedroom had large glass windows and led to a good sized balcony which had amazing views of the old town. While we didn’t cook in the apartment, the kitchen was well stocked. The apartment was impeccably clean and modern. The furnishings were fine for our stay and the bed was very comfortable. Some people have commented that the furnishings are sparse. It is minimalist in design but very adequate, and I thought it had everything that was needed. WiFi worked well too. The staff at reception is outstanding. From the moment we arrived late at night until our 6:30pm departure, they were friendly and helpful. I can’t compliment them enough for making us feel welcome. As far as location, these apartments are very well situated. Less than five minutes away from the old town square, and within easy distance of Prague’s main tourist sights. As you probably know, Prague has a reputation as a party city, and we did encounter several stag parties that were on the noisy side. If you stay anywhere within the old town you have to expect some noise. Our apartment was on the fifth floor and we stayed Sunday to Friday. My room faced Rybna street which is lined with a couple of hotels and there are a few bars down the street. During our stay, I was not bothered by noise at all, and I was usually crashing around midnight. My sister also was not bothered by noise in the bedroom facing the old town and the church. The church bell rings once or twice, but again, that wasn’t an issue. If you are a very light sleeper, consider an apartment on a higher floor. Rybna 9 is in a lot quieter location than many of the old town hotels... those around the square must be particularly noisy. It was busy there well after midnight. Again, I can’t say enough about our wonderful experience at these apartments. It was perfect for us. From the staff, to the modern and clean amenities, topped off by gorgeous views of the old town from our balcony, it was fantastic.

Arriving late in the afternoon by our driver it was a delight to be presented by the efficient receptionist who quickly processed us . We were on the 5th floor in a clean well appointed one bedroom apartment . The aircon in the bedroom was on thankfully providing a cool environment on arrival. I must have missed the detail of no aircon in the rest of the apartment so not sure how the apartment would fare in the heat of summer. Apart from that it was well appointed and surprisingly quiet. It has a great location providing easy access to sites and restaurants. Highly recommended.
