Have your change ready for the coffee. The staff will take care of the rest. Impeccable service. Actually, I could imagine the shared rooms to feature bed curtains and lockers inside (under the beds...?) but even without such things, the deal is very good. Everything works as advertised, hot water in the bathroom 24/7, staff is reasonably friendly... Above all, everything is very, very clean. What else would you like for your EUR 10-15...?

This was the worst experience I've ever had with accommodation in so many years of traveling! I booked and PAID for the room a month in advance. The day before the check in date, I tried to do a self check in, but it didn't work because the self check in couldn't be completed without making payment for the accommodation, even though I had already paid for the room. So I called the phone number on the booking confirmation and explained the situation. The man on the line told me that we did not need self check in as we had already paid for the room. I explained to him that we would not be able to check in at the hotel at the listed time because we're going to our band concert, so we want to make a self check-in, as we will arrive to the hotel late night. The man assured me that it is not a problem because we had already paid for the room and the front desk at the hotel is 24/7 so we would have the room there ready for us no matter what time of night we arrived. However, when we arrived that night, the guy on the front desk told us that they were overbooked and they had given our room to someone else, so they just didn't have any place for us. They can't be serious! A room booked and paid for over a month in advance, a self check-in that forces you to make the payment again, a staff member who assures you that you don't need the self check-in and that the room will be ready for you that night and yet you end up on the street! They were unable to find us any other accommodation, they said all the hotels are full because of the holiday and after more than an hour they were unable to do anything for us, we left the hotel in the middle of the night with a paper about the cancellation of our accommodation. When I called the hotel another day, the man told me that it was our fault, that he could see that colleagues had offered to find alternative accommodation, but that we had decided to cancel it. I told him that it is a lie, that the colleagues couldn't find anything and after more than an hour they didn't have a solution for us, we left with a cancellation paper so that they would at least refund us for the accommodation. He transfer the call to some lady who called the whole thing “a technical error” and she told there is nothing she can do for me. I have never experienced such behavior and I would not believe that something like this could happen! I'm dealing it with my lawyer and I warn everyone against this hotel!…

The staff was great as usual (special thanks to Raul and Nicolas), but the overall experience was a disaster. Stayed for a week, and the hotel was full of kids who were extremely noisy at all times. The silence time was not respected at all, and you could hear slamming doors, parties (inside and outside the building), screams, music, everything at any time from early night to early morning, a total nightmare. To make it worse, the private room had a door connected to another room, and you guessed it right: no privacy, you can hear everything and some of those feral kids were at the other side too. The tv signal was poor and not working, it was never fixed either. The laundromat has been changed too, and although the machines are new now, to set up the app/account you're gonna spend at least 30' of your life. Not my first time here, but the first time I had such a dreadful experience. It's worth paying a few extra bucks and staying in a central location in a big chain hotel.…

This was an incredible place to stay with a well stocked breakfast buffet, incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, and very comfortable place to rest between adventures in Prague and the surrounding areas. Close walking distance to trams and connections to commuter trains. Highly recommend.

All the staff was kind especially the reception guys but the security guy. He was so rude and it's a shame really. The location is a bit far from the Old town but with a very cheap ticket you can go there. All in all, we had a great time with our friends and highly recommend it. Thank you A&O.

The declared category does not even correspond to the hostel. It seems that this was done specifically to mislead the client. The condition of the rooms is disgusting, the rooms are dirty, the rooms are not cleaned. The Russian- speaking staff behaves incorrectly and rudely. Hotel managers ignore complaints and do not try to resolve them. Drunk teenagers make noise all night and prevent sleep. There is no sound insulation of any kind. The hostel is located in the most depressing and remote area of Prague. Transport interchange is inconvenient.
