My sister and I stayed at Residence Vocelova during a long weekend in Prague (my first visit!). We couldn't have had a better welcome to Prague than our arrival here. The residence is very close to the main train station -- only two subway stops and an around-the-block walk. Michael and Michael (yes, two of them!) greeted us warmly despite being over an hour late due to train delays (which we communicated to them as they happened). The property and our room were very safe, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Michael made sure to take us through everything on site as well as popular tourist sites and how to get to them; we really appreciated his clear instructions and tips on using the streetcars! The attention to detail and extra touches were the highlight for me--fresh fruit in the lobby, a bottle of sparkling wine in our refrigerator, and a lovely traditional Czech woven bag upon our departure. And while it may sound silly, it always smelled so nice in the lobby every time we'd come home from a tiring excursion. Also appreciate the convenience of exchanging our Euro at the front desk. The price, value, convenience, location, cleanliness, and customer service make this place my new go-to for any future trips to Prague. Highly highly recommend. Thank you, Residence Vocelova!…

Very warm welcome, super organized and one of the cleanest appartement I have ever been to. Very functional interior, while warm and stylish at the same time. Lovely surprises for us and the child during our stay gave this place an extra warm touch. The location is superb for exploring Prague by foot. Can only recommend this accommodation for your next stay in Prague.

Awesome! The staff (Max and Michel) absolutely friendly and very responsive at all times. The double bed Appartement (#11) was just perfect, even as it was hot directly under the roof, the airconditiiner did it‘s job and make it very comfortable. The Appartement was very tidy and was cleaned every day so it stayed tidy. The service served us every day with a little surprise like cakes, fruit or a sparking wine… what a buityful idea.

Outstanding. The apartment was great. The service was great. Very convient location to the historic sights All the little things were great. For example, they provided a dozen or so books for our reading pleasure, all in English. We were welcomed with a tray of sweets. The second night we had a platter of fruit. The third night we had a bottle of wine. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing. My mom with her sisters stayed there and they liked it. They have positive experience thus I recommend. Next year they will probably come back here. I am glad they choose to do so.

We rented one of the apartments at the top floor: bented roof on two storey. Two rooms and two bathrooms. The room under the roof has also a tub. Well equipped, with all basic stuff to make confortabile cooking and eating there. Impeccable cleaning. Pets welcomed. Airport transfer available on demand. A Supermarket just behind the corner. The location is good, tram and metro nearby, 10 min walking distance from Venceslav square (Václavske nam.): all you need to make a vacation in Prague an unforgettable and trouble-free experience! A heartfelt thanks to the whole staff: you were awesome kind!

Very polite, attentive and professional manager! Michal, Thank you for the gift for the child (bear, now he will always travel with us)! ☺️ The room and hotel are clean and comfortable! The location is just super, everything is nearby 5 minutes metro and tram! We loved it , great place for a family with kids ! The children did not want to leave, wait for us to visit again! 😁

Vocelova offers nice clean and spacious apartments. The apartments are quiet; traffic noise is kept out through the double windows. We were warmly welcomed. The location is perfect just two metro stops from the main station and the old town is actually within walking distance. Good restaurants nearby and a supermarket for daily shopping. If you book directly through your own website, housekeeping is included. very nice Berend Brouwer

Great guys who run the place, extremely clean apartment. Pictures are correct and even less as reality. Lot of details. Quiet but close to the buzzing of the city. Nearby the railway station, good bakeries with tasteful coffee. Don't hesitate, go there!
