Booked for the same night at 2:57 pm while on the way to Prague. After seven hours driving, I arrived at the gate. No one was there. You need a code to open the gate, which I was not provided with. There’s a door bell. I pressed insanely hard, no one answer. Google their number (which for whatever reason is not even provided by Agoda) and called. No one answer. Messaged Agoda. The computer said it could not help and told me to message the property direct. Messaged the property multiple times, no reply. Wasted over one hour on this stupid place, gave up then have to look for a new place in the middle of Prague 8:30 pm.

Close to main tourist attractions in Prague. Good faciities, decoration and room service. A little bit noisy at night but it can be accepted for the location. No breakfast service and you should make it by yourself. Good experience in Prague

When we checked into the apartment, the heating and hot water wasn't working - given that it was minus 8 that night, we were alarmed. I sent an email that evening and woke to a response sent overnight. The problem was fixed immediately and the rest of the stay was terrific. Location is great, if a little rowdy at night, the beds are super comfortable.

Great communication. Easy check in. Wonderful apartment in perfect location. We didn’t find it noisy at all. Excellent service. Very impressed. Easy walk to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Room fans kept us cool.

I loved everything about my stay. Starting from the cleanliness of the room, to the location of the accommodation, the kindness and availability of the staff always active in answering you. We had a few problems with the pillows, which they have immediately changed the next day without us having to return to the accommodation. They have been so kind that make the bed, even if they weren't required to do it. The windows isolate the noise of the road, Because we are perfectly in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, even at night. Allows you to move in anytime. If my stay in Prague was unforgettable is also thanks to the excellent service received by the Golden Angel. Furthermore they provide free luggage storage service to one of their hotel, which is a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. Beyond expectations !!…

Perfect location to explore the city. The interior is cozy. And, you have everything you need to cook and to wash clothes for those who are light packers. Just bring a sleep mask with you to sleep better at night.

At the arrival the elevator was broken and couldnt be solved that day due to a sunday. The elevator has been fixed on monday within the day and we got a late checkout as compensation, which sounds pretty fair. The rooms look pretty new, clean and are well equipped. The location is great. Only down side is that the reception team is not onsite and not all are fluent in english, which might cause more than one call to solve a problem or get a proper feedback. All in all we recommend a stay here if you want a well located apartment with good rooms. Parking available on request.

A made a reservation for VN3 but we had problems with crazy-loud guests during the night. The units don't have a front desk and some guest abuse this. On line support was initially wavering but they kindly moved us to another unity, VN7 wich is one block away. VN7 is on a rooftop so you walk out in the open to get to your room but it was spring and that was not a problem. VN7 doesn't have a front desk either but we had no noise issues there. The apartment was even better than VN3 (but no dishwasher), with a nice terrace.
