Very nice and comfortable hotel, only a short 10 minute walk from the city center. Loved the spa which had a very nice swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and bubbel bath as well as lounge chairs to relax on. Room was also nice size and clean. The duvet was a bit small though. Breakfast is amazing. Very much choice with all kinds of fresh fruits, cakes, yoghurts, breads and fish to chose from. A nice green smoothie every day too for a healthy start. Staff was okay: not overly friendly (but I feel Polish people tend to be a bit reserved) but not unfriendly either. Hotel could be more sustainable if they'd let customers turn the heating off in their room. Now the heating remained on when I turned the thermostat down to 21 degrees but then the airco went on to cool the room down. A waste of energy.

Beautiful hotel within 5 minutes walk to the city centre. Huge rooms with balcony looking out to the river. Lovely spa with reasonably priced treatments. Helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Would definitely return to this lovely hotel in this beautiful city.

We stayed at the hotel this past weekend and could not fault it . It is in an ideal location with bars and restaurants only 5 minutes walk away. Hotel was fabulously decorated and rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing with great dishes to choose from.

Excellent place to stay in any occasion. Fantastic location, walking distance to main attractions, yet very quite. Extremally friendly and attentive stuff, especially at the reception. We booked a two room apartment at the 4th floor as we were with our son (10). It was very clean, beds comfy. Breakfast was excellent, especially eggs Benedict made on request. Spa area is great. It was so nice to relax in the evenings after a log day of sightseeing. on the other hand, our son could burn any energy left :) Restaurant is also very good, so no need to look for a dinner outside of hotel. Live musing in the evenings is fantastic idea.

Dont stay in on of the 100 level rooms, we where awaken evert morning at 7 because the cleaning ladys have their room here and they speak very loud and make a lot of noise… The water in the pool was cold… So we would not come back.. Their is no real bare either, just a restaurant that closes at 23..

The spa was a joke, maybe they had to save money on the power? But it was to cold, and also to small… And they did not have more towels.. So if you read this then turn up the heat on the pool just 3-4 degree and also the sauna was bad.. Normally a sauna should be 80-90 degree… This one was 60 ;-(

I've just returned from a weekend at Hotel Almond Business & SPA. The hotel itself is nice, but unfortunately, the spa facilities left a lot to be desired. The water was too cold, the sauna didn't provide much heat, and their steam room was out of order. I doubt we'll be returning.

Just back from 3 wonderful nights staying in this hotel! I had a huge, clean room. The pool area was fab and breakfast was delicious- everything from Prosecco to cake! Really appreciated getting new water each day too. I will be back. Many thanks

Overall a great choice. Rooms are clean and spacious with bottles of both still and sparkling water provided each day. Minor niggle for my room was that it was two singles put together with two single duvets- I asked if it could be replaced with a double but apparently none big enough. One day we were out until 4 and the room hadn’t been serviced, I was in it when the lady wanted to come so didn’t get it cleaned that day. I suppose they prioritise the rooms for early check in. Staff are friendly and the spa open from 8am to 9pm is a nice bonus - remember to bring your card to get a robe. It can get busy but I had it to myself on Monday at 8am. Breakfast had a huge choice, I only wish that I was more able to enjoy some of the fish and salad things at breakfast, same with the fizz and the selection of cakes. They do make great omelettes though. Coffee - in common with most hotels - was pretty rubbish. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the centre and about 10 minutes in the other direction to the Forum shopping centre. I’d definitely come back.
