The Best staff, the Best cuisine, The Best beds, The Best hotel! I've been there seven times and it's always just perfect. Support for conferences and events is always very helpful. If you are looking for a reliable place for a business trip and not only, I would definitely recommend Q HOTEL. They are great people. Thank you!
The hotel has great, comfortable rooms, with good facilities. The people working at the reception and in the restaurant are extremely nice, helpful, and hospitable. The restaurant has great food, and breakfast is excellent: fruit, bread, cheese, fish, meat, salad, juice, sweets. The location of the hotel is great as well: right in the city center, across the railway station. I'll definitely go back when I'm in Katowice again.
Stayed here 3 days, 2 nights. Modern hotel, centrally located. Rooms bright and fitted out more to a Scandinavian style. Had all that you would want, safe, mini bar, large TV and iron with Board. Barrooms had big walk in showers, albeit it took a while for the warm water to flow but when it did, great shower. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but enough to please most tastes. Dinner was good but for me the key was the friendly and attentive staff. They were all happy to help and the Hendricks gin tonics came with obligatory cucumber n pepper… a nice touch. I would stay again.
For my work I stay there, nearly always in the same room. Since 2018 per month at least one or two weeks. Good located near the center, very friendly staff. If it was not good I won't stay there for years.
Very nice hotel. Very clean. Efficient and polit staff. I stay three nights. Just a note: I asked don't tyied up my room the second day, but the third was a decision of staff. Anyway... no problem! I did! 😉😉😉
Everything provided you could ask for in a middle class hotel: simple-stylish room, nicely furnished, minibar, a/c, perfectly clean. Centrally located ( arriving by train/ bus/ car ). Parking space. Arriving by train please follow the signs "ul. Kosciuszki" at the station: taking this exit it is only 150 m to the hotel entrance. :-)
And I like it there as well, they are always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good however on this moment they still suffer under a corona requirement that it is not allowed to take your stuff from the buffet, the staff have to do that. The Hotel's choice of Beer is good and if you prefer cheaper ( we are all Dutch I presume) you can buy cold beer near the hotel in one of the Zabka stores.
Stayed in this hotel for one night purely based on trip advisor reviews and how cheap it was The quality of the hotel itself was superb and way above standards you would expect for £40 a night, staff were really good, allowed me to check in early when I only expected to leave my bags which was a nice touch. Very comfortable modern room, nice beds, good size , great walk in shower and a big tv that only had one English spoken channel though. Only issue with the room was despite a massive bed it was supplied with two single bed duvets which I thought strange and annoying during the night. The location was great and less than 5 mins walk from Katowice railway station (tip when you come off the platform and down the escalator go to the right and walk through the tunnel and out the back of the station. If you walk to the left you will end up in a big shopping centre and a much longer walk The only other issue as the railway line behind right behind the hotel and the noise of trains at all times of day and night . So as it was over 30c the choice was open the window and listen to trains all night or close the window and bake as the aircon wasn’t great. I’d recommend anyone stayinh asks for a room on the front of hotel. I’d certainly return if I could get a room at the front of the hotel…
Great service, very friendly and professional staff. Fantastic breakfast like in 5 star Grand Hotel. Modern room with all you need, iron, Coffee& tea, fast and reliable WiFi, silent a/c. 100% recommendation few steps away from station. Very good restaurant
For my work I stay here since 2018 on a very regular base. If you don't get irritated by running trains passing by a 50 meters from your bed than ask a room at the railway side. Railfans, drink your beer with a nice view to the trains. Guests who prefer silence, ask a room at the not-railway side. The female staff is one of the prettiest you will find in Katowice, what to say more....
