I stayed at this hotel in December and have been hesitant to submit a poor review because, like so many other people in Poland, I am sure that the good people who work there are helping with the current crisis. But I’ve decided to share anyway. I would not recommend this hotel to international business or tourist visitors. Overall, it just misses the mark for both international travelers and tourists. Its location is walking distance to the historic center but not in it. Its room rates are reasonable but the banquet rates expensive. I was responsible for a group of over 15 guests who were attending an international conference. While the staff were pleasant, we had several instances of inflexibility. We would have spent more on catering had management agreed to work with our contractor on how to apportion room and catering rates. For my own stay, the staff could not produce an invoice showing the rates paid per night. In addition, when I went to check out, I discovered that the front desk had made an error in changing my checkout date, which I had requested. The hotel had already charged me credit card – without permission -- and demanded immediate payment for my final night. The front desk clerk refused to identify a manager for me to speak with. The hotel also charged the credit card of one of my colleagues without authorization.…

Booked last minute as we travelled through to deliver aid to Ukraine 🇺🇦 well sites for access to motorway. It was a great hotel. Friendly reception staff. The bar and resistant on the top floor although a bit in need of an upgrade was really good. Great local beer selection and the good we thought was amazing. Rooms were as good as you get anywhere Europe. Real thumbs up 👍

Very nice hotel. All empoyees are very friendly and helpfull. Good room and nice clean and well lighted bathroom. Both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant taste very good! Good place to go for the price!

Very nice and clean hotel staff friendly and they allowed dogs without extra charge. Close proximity to the center and next to the motorway A4. In this hotel you can find gym and nice restaurant on the top floor with a nice view of the city.

The hotel is located just by the A4 highway and just 15 mins walking distance from the city centre. Simple but renovated rooms, great view from the restaurant on the 6th floor. I recommend it for patients who come for a treatment in the hospitals nearby and for business (conference halls available). Good wifi.

This hotel is low price, easy to find, just beside the highway S4. Nice room, nice service and a nice bed. Anyhow, please stay away from room 106, which is place just above a platform outside the hotel, where there is a party going on every night if the weather is good, as it has been now. First night, drunk Polish singing, screaming and shouting until 06:00. You can also smell people smoking at the platform 24/7. Another point is that the room appear extremely humid, which is not good for sleeping.

The room was clean, but the bathroom a bit outdated. The bed was good. Temperature in the room was high. There was a bar in the hotel and Some people were outside after midnight making noise. The hotel could check on that to keep it comfortable for everyone.

I had a room with two single beds which were very narrow. The room is quite nice, although to close the door is not easy, you have to push very hard to make it happen. The wifi does not work!! If it works then still almost impossible to use because it is very weak! Shame! The breakfast is nothing special but ok.

Hotel was very good. the price was normal, not expensive. Room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. They have late and early checkin service. All services was very good. The hotel locate near the biggest park, but so far from centre.

Great love cation next to the big highway in Katowice this hotel is also within walking distance to Katowice Glowny train station. There is boutique shopping a few blocks away as well as the beautiful Cathedral and fine restaurants.
