Stayed at the hotel during a business trip. It was a great place to be, very near the old town of Krakow (just five minutes walk). The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar (at ground level and on the rooftop) had many options to choose your beverage. The personnel was very friendly and helpful at any need of the guests. Definitely recommending this hotel, and looking forward to visiting again, this time for leisure and to enjoy the lovely city of Krakow.

This hotel is just a short walk from the railway station, and right on the edge of the old town in Kraków, meaning access to the park which circles the town, and all of the bars and restaurants and even the places of interest south of the town are not far away, but the transportation of bags to and from the hotel is dead easy too. It’s a typical Indigo - well presented and a bit quirky and never feeling like a boring branded hotel. Importantly the bed was super comfortable, the curtains black-out and the shower powerful and hot. Three big ticks. The people on reception were generally very helpful - with late checkouts and looking after our bags when we went for a final wander round town. There was one small exception when we needed a drink and asked for something at about 11.30 and were refused, being told the bar was closed but we could select something from the room mini-bar which we then found empty. But otherwise they were very polite and helpful. We didn’t eat in or use any other facilities as it seemed a waste to do so with everything on the doorstep.

Lovely hotel with nicely decorated and well maintained rooms in a quiet street. Stayed two nights in this hotel for work and really enjoyed the rooms. The windows are well isolated, the rooms have a classy feel which is perfect for relaxing. Bed was comfortable too!

Very ‘cool’ hotel, we are so glad we stayed here for our brief visit to Kraków The location couldn’t be any better, it took 2mins walk to get to either the mall in one direction , or the main square in the other. Hint: don’t encourage the animal exploitation by paying for the short ride around the square on the horse drawn carriages. There are countless articles written on the mistreatment of those horses who are forced to stand there all day in the freezing cold and blistering heat (where some have collapsed!!) much nicer to take it all in and see the shops by foot! The rooms at the hotel were really nice and spacious. The breakfast was awesome, reasonably priced compared to what we’ve had at other hotels. 60 zloty for a buffet style where they cooked your style of eggs for you The staff were very helpful providing a map and suggestions of places to visit If you’d like to visit Auschwitz from the hotel, you can book a tour that pics you up from right outside and takes around 1 hour to get there. We would definitely stay at Hotel Indigo again!
