Booked for a four night stay and wasn't disappointed. Rooms comfortable, staff superb. Breakfast was the standard European fare, selection was excellent - If you're a Bacon and egg person, you won't like it. I, and my wife , loved it - couldn't be faulted. Ideally located on the edge of the old town next to the town wall, 10...

The Hotel Polski is a lovely hotel, undergoing some refurbishment when we stayed in April 2016, but this did not spoil our stay. The hotel is ideally situated with a tourist information just round the corner where we booked our visit to Auschwitz. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely room, and breakfast was self service...

I made the booking hoping that the price (considering other options) would mean that I would have a nicer stay and this wasn't entirely true. In general the hotel is acceptable, and they are remodeling some rooms which unfortunately happened to be in the same hall as me. They put some unsightly curtains in the hall to cover up the...

I was thrilled at the location of this hotel to the main square. Walking is easy for the entire square, to Wewel Castle and even to the Jewish section if you are adventurous. Every food option is available nearby, seeing historical churches and watching people/entertainers on the square provide for a memorable trip. The hotel is clean, beds firm, staff...

Although the museum across the street is undergoing renovation--which means that the DaVinci "Lady with Ermine" has been relocated to Wawel Castle--the disruption is not intrusive. The hotel itself is classic and classy with moderate-size rooms. Excellent staff and help. Wonderful location with easy-to-walk to main square. The only discordant note is the music/radio at breakfast. At such a classy...

We are very pleased with the hotel. The location is superb, all the tourist attractions are easily accessible. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They had some excursions booked ahead to our question (salt mines, Auschwitz-Birkenau). The rooms were beautiful and immaculate. In short, its price more than worth it.

From check in to departure, this was such a great experience. We knew we wanted to be in the historic district, but not in the noisy area.
