This hostel is at a good location between bus/railway station and the old town. It is clean with adequate facilities (hot showers, well-equipped kitchen). Beds are comfortable with sufficient power outlets and individual headlamps. A small breakfast and coffee/tea is included in the price. Note that what is called 'mixed dormitory' next to a photo of a 6-bed dorm on booking sites is actually a 12-bed dorm. The bunk structures could be more stable (each time your neighbor in the upper bunk turns you will notice to put it mildly). I used to extend my stay in the morning at the same price I got on check-in, paying in cash. A discount would have been reasonable, as they do not have to pay a commission to a booking site. But okay this is a matter of policy. However, one morning the receptionist increased the price, while on booking it was less! So, in front of the reception I made an extra booking online. All fine, but it really put me off and I went to another hostel for my last night in Krakow.

I paid nights in advance, I told them I was going to check in one hour after reception closes because that was the time the flight arrived, they denied my check in time wich OK I can understand, but the message was so late! I was on the door! I stood locked out and I end up in the street at 1 am.. Not only that I though on check in anyway next day, he send and email saying that they wait for me next morning on reception hours, I wake up in the morning and I see that he canccelled all my nights!! And so, I asked for my money since they cancel it. He refused and told me I had two options, or calling booking or go to the police because he hadn't my money and it wasn't his problem. After that I aks him to send an email to booking saying that it wasn't no show, but his mistake, and to correct it so I can get the refund when I call, because is no sense to say no show before check in time! and he threaten me on calling security. I call booking client attention and they did absolute nothing. They check with the property who of course said oh it was no show and then no one refund me. Terrible. All of them. But the receptionist shouldn't work there. Seems like a fine place, they should have a person that know how to take reslonsabilities or even apologise.

This is definitely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in the past few years. Very welcoming and helpful staff, perfect location, very tidy and clean, bright rooms and comfy beds. They offer a good breakfast. Thanks for doing all the best for this humble vegan traveller! I definitely recommend it :) I have to add, I forgot my sunglasses at the hostel and the staff found them. I contacted them (bombarded them with emails, actually) and they kindly sent them back, so I'm very grateful for that.

It was my first time in a hostel but what a great experience. Slept here 2 nights in the mixed dorm. Location was perfect; 2min walking and your are in the main street.. nice bakeries next to the hostel and 15min walking distance from bus station. Friendly and helpful reception. There is a very calm and chill vibe and it's clean. Honestly nothing negative to comment. Thank you!

Bubble Hostel is really well located across Old Town and walking distance to the main square. The bathrooms and rooms were always clean and it offers free breakfast and free coffee/tea throughtout the day. The building itself is quite old and it looks not have been renovated in years. The atmosphere seems to be quite diverse with adults, families and young people.
