Lovely central position of the city . Nice large corner room. Gorgeous bathroom. Breakfast to good standard. Staff very pleasant. As you walk past reception staff are very polite they stand and welcome you. overall excellent hotel. Only draw back if you are a light sleeper may be a bit noisy but you are on holiday so should be fine

Nice hotel, clean, good size room and just a 5 minute walk from the main square. In 10 minutes you can walk to the train station where you can take a train to the salt mines or take a bus to Auschwitz. There is a large shoppingmall next to the train station.

My husband and I stayed at the Unicus for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was minutes from the main square, shops and restaurants. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, organising taxis and trips for us. Krakow is a 'must' for a city break and if you do go, you could do...

We came to Krakow to visit Auschwitz. We didn't expect to be so impressed by our hotel. Reception staff were all professional and helpful. The staff in the bar and at breakfast are all attentive and welcoming. Our room was lovely. So clean and the beds were really comfortable. We certainly will revisit this hotel

My cousin and I stayed in the twin room here and we could not fault it. Perfect location. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean with a beautiful bathroom. All the amenities you need, tea, coffee and fridge in the room. Very warm. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel if visiting Kraków.

Great location, 2 minutes walk from the square. Very comfortable room. Knowledgable staff who speak excellent English - always very helpful. We didn't try the restaurant but it looked lovely. First visit to the beautiful city of Krakow- wow what a hidden treasure, fascinating and beautiful.

The hotel rooms are gorgeous! We were in room 309, we booked through travel republic and they upgraded us to a superior suite free of charge. The room was so spacious with lovely views onto the street. The bed was huge and the bathroom was done beautifully. The breakfast was brilliant with lots to choose from, you can also order...

Nice and charming hotel in the center of the old town of Krakow. Close to the shopping street Florianska, 500m to the Main Square and 900m to Galeria Krakowska. Friendly staff, spacious and very clean rooms, amazing breakfast buffet and great location. Perfect for a stay in Krakow.

We visited here for my 30th birthday, had an issue on arrival as booking.com had only booked my partner in but luckily the room was a double room and we weren't up in time for breakfast. A short 20 minutes from airport. Excellent hotel lovely and clean, rooms very spacious and high quality. Cleaned everyday. Also had a mini bar...
