Booked to stay here in October through booking.com and my flights were cancelled due to Covid-19 hotel let me change the dates to November my flights were cancelled due to Covid-19 again my work colleague was to stay in January but the hotel is closed and are refusing to give him or myself a refund absolute joke. they were still taking bookings for early January even know they were closing as the polish government are shutting all hotels due to Covid-19 for a couple of weeks . Bolking.com told the hotel they must pay back all deposits of upcoming bookings or give them a vouchoure I asked for the full refund as did my work colleague but they refused. The only thing the hotel has going for it is the hot tube, over priced and outdated to say the least!!!!
Ideal location to get to and from the main square. But the room had a horrible smell, then drainage problems. Paid for a luxury king room but wasnt at all impressed except for the double jacuzzi, Breakfast was really basic - choice from cereal or fruit/ham and cheese. The breakfast is done by adding it up to 25zloty each.. with a list of how much it costs and its brought to your room in the morning. Only good thing is u can request to have it earlier if your going on a trip out but by early its the night before. Think the prices are definitely over rated. Theres also a code to get into the building that is a bit of a nightmare to suss out. Card doesn’t always register to get in and out with the fob on it so once staff leave at night you have to call them to come and let you in if your having problems.…
The bathroom is the only pro to this place, nice and modern feel lovely spa bath with a large TV in there too, with a smart tv box to accompany, the rest of the room however, the mattress was very firm, a little too firm, the pillows aren’t adequate, the size of a square toilet but no more, the duvet was very thin especially for winter months, asked for an extra one at reception and said they would bring one up, it never arrived. Overnight myself awoken multiple times due to the bed being so firm and the duvet being so thin, all in all, I would only return if the bed situation was to be sorted. Pro- bathroom Cons- bed
My fiancée and I are just back from what can only be described as the most beautiful hotel ever. I had prebooked the couples package and asked for it to be completed for 10pm on the night that I proposed to her and everything was perfect. When we got in a 10pm on the dot the room was ready and we were made up they went over and above! The staff was so friendly and were very helpful they even recommended us really good food places to eat in and other places to visit. Our tv had Netflix and YouTube on it which was good to watch while both in bed and in the spa bath. We can’t wait to book to come back here next year!
Just back from a 4 night stay here. Cannot fault the staff, all very helpful with whatever we needed. Got the lunch to go option instead of breakfast a couple of times due to early trips which was handily left in our room the evening before & the breakfast delivered to the room was always very tasty. Also had to book a return airport transfer which was no problem for the reception staff to arrange. The room & jacuzzi bath were great, my only small gripe being that the bed itself was very squeaky every time you move or turn over. If you're affected by street noise perhaps a room at the back would be better but we didn't mind this at all. Would definitely stay here again!
