I stayed in the one bedroom apartment from Friday to Monday in early February with my wife. We arrived at lunchtime and were allowed in early to our apartment, the office wasn't easy to find and the door always appeared closed. Unfortunately we were welcomed by the sounds of drills and hammers, very loud and annoying. The lady informed us...

The hotel was situated at a very good area. Could walk to most destinations that were popular. However was a very basic apartment and the toilet smelled really bad the whole time. Which gave the whole room a not very nice smell. Which wasn't very pleasant. Also on our last night we where woken up around 4.30am with very loud...

Lovely apartment, stayed here with friends for my 30th Birthday. Cafe next door and 24 hour shops at the end of the street. 10-15 minutes walk to the centre. Only down fall is there was no toaster and the electric was constantly tripping to point where we went out to turn it back on 15 times in one evening. Heating...

We arrived at midnight on our first night to find the apartment office closed and we were unable to get the key to our room. After ringing the 24 hour number which just rings out we managed to find another Google number to call and spoke to someone who told us to go outside, down to the office and our...

PLEASE take absolutely NO notice of Rachael W's review. Who books a holiday without first ensuring that they can have those specific days off work? She then complains how she then requested a refund ASAP. This is again not the hotels fault, it was her fault entirely. Karolina is a very friendly woman who probably thinks Rachael, as everyone else...

Enjoyed our stay here. Room was perfect for what we wanted. Really close to the main square. Only thing not making it 5 stars is that we were on the bottom floor and it was quite noisy with people coming and going. Only a minor problem and wouldn't stop us from visiting here again.

Firstly, the location is perfect! The apartments are lovely and clean on arrival, however there were a couple of issues. We weren't told there were roadworks right outside our room so we were woken up very early each day. The room had very poor heating and was so cold that the warmest place in the apartment was the bathroom! The...

We came and stayed here for 3 nights while we stayed in Krakow, the staff here are very welcoming and helpful. The apartment it self is situated about a 5min walk away from the main square. The rooms were clean, but could have done with a little maintenance, simple things like lights not working, floor covings coming loose. Also the...
