We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights just before Christmas. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Free parking is available but make sure you reserve a space in advance. Good choice for breakfast. 15 minute walk to the center. Would stay there again.

We stayed in the hotel as part of a large group on a visit to Krakow and the surrounding attractions. Although there were many of us, the hotel staff were attentive to every one. We were checked in quickly and efficiently, and all the party expressed their satisfaction with the 'lovely and clean' rooms, which were also well and comfortably...

I was so glad I chose this hotel. Not only did they accommodate us over Christmas (24-26) when most of Krakow was closed, but they served us breakfast and dinner when it could have been hard to find. The walk was safe to downtown and only took 10-15 minutes. The staff spoke English with us. The room was spacious, pleasant,...

Stayed here for 3 nights with a friend. Lovely hotel good breakfast and reception staff very helpful. We are both in our 60's we found it an easy walk to market square where Christmas market was on and some very nice restaurants. Felt very safe walking around. We came here in December of 2016 to see the Krakow Christmas markets and enjoy a bit of Polish vodka! The great thing about this hotel is how close it is to Rynek Główny (the old town). You can be right in the centre of the market square in less than 10 minutes (but make sure you wrap up warm...

Spotlessly clean room with desk and chair and good size bathroom with toiletries provided. We were on the third floor and it was quiet apart from the ambulance siren from the hospital nearby which did not bother us in the least. The location is convenient to buses and trams in one direction and walking distance to the market square the...

Meals are taken in the hotel restaurant. Room was clean and well maintained with TV hair dryer etc. Wifi was good in my room and all ber the hotel, however...

Wonderful stay, excellent, friendly service. Gave good advice on places to visit, booked taxis and even provided a packed lunch when my wife and I went on a day trip! Would most certainly stay here again. Only downside was that there were no English speaking TV stations - but we didn't go all that way to stay in the hotel...
