We have stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time on our short visits to Krakow. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also do a taxi service to and from the airport where they will pick you up when your flight arrives and also when you are ready to leave for your flight home. The rooms are lovely...

Excellent hotel being situated close to old market square and old Jewish part of town. Family atmosphere and highest standards of service satisfy most demanding businessmann staying a long time far from home. Very good relation price - service. Own parking facility is huge adventage in overcrovded city center of Cracow.

We were there for 4 nights and couldn't have been more impressed by the courteous & helpful staff. From directions, to pre booking tours & even organising a guide for the Jewish Quarter, nothing was too much trouble.Everything worked like clockwork & we came away very contented & would definately stay again. The Winek's. Egy hosszú hétvégét töltöttünk Krakkóban a családdal. A Batory Hotel kiváló választásnak bizonyult. A személyzet rendkívül segítőkész, barátságos.

The rooms were just okay, nothing special; kind of small. The huge benefit was the free parking and free breakfast which was excellent. The hotel is located about 10 minute walk from the main square, so it has also convenient location.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at the Batory where the staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast would cater for most tastes, and was served in the charming restaurant. The room was clean and pleasant and has a huge bathroom,(no bath, but an excellent shower). The hotel is only a 15 minute stroll from the town centre....

This is a wonderfully run family hotel on the edge of the old city of Krakow. Rooms and bathrooms impeccable. Delicious buffet breakfast that sets you up for the whole day. Reasonably priced rooms but with excellent services. Small outside terrace for breakfast if weather permits. Large lift, though easy stairs if one is inclined to walk up. Rooms bright...
