We recently returned after 4 nights with 3 teenagers and cannot praise this hotel enough. The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean, large and comfortable. The location could not be better - you are literally no more than 2 minutes walk from numerous excellent bars and restaurants but also an easy walk to the centre or near...

The hotel is situated right where you want to be in the Jewish quarter right next to a Jewish square with numerous restaurants that are 1st rate. The hotel is very welcoming as are all the staff we came in to contact with. The room, which ours was on the 1st floor, was a decent size very clean with shower,...

What a lovely little gem of a hotel, situated in the Jewish Quarter of Krakow and close to everything. Our daughter booked us 4 nights at this hotel as our Christmas present, we were there for 4 nights from 23rd March 2017 and we loved it. As said before it's not a Hilton or luxury 5* hotel but it's spotlessly...

We booked a suspiciously cheap "flights & hotel" deal from British Airways which included a stay at the Eden Hotel - in all honesty, the price worried us. Turns out that we needn't have worried! Plonked right in the middle of the Jewish quarter & a 2 minute walk from the Miodowa tram stop, the Eden was the perfect base...

The rooms were lovely. Very cosy and larger than expected! Tastefully decorated with lovely artwork on the walls. The ladies at reception were amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs (not easy with a 4 month old baby!). At the heart of the Jewish quarter, the hotel is within a short walking distance of many significant synagogues...

This place is only a few minutes walk from the main square, and there are several great restaurants within a block or two. There are actually a couple food trucks right outside (but it's actually pretty quiet). The reception is friendly, breakfast is good. They even had a steam room downstairs.

Very simple, clean hotel with good history (go on one of the free walking tours if the Jewish district to learn this hotel's story). The young girl working the front desk was super nice- nicest we had in Krakow. Room was spacious very large. Even the "shower" was large (from pictures you can see the shower was simply a curtain)....
