Central location ideal for exploring all that Krakow has to offer. In walking distance of the beautiful Zamek Wavel (Palace) and all the amenities shops, bars and restaurants in the old quarter. The hotel is very close the Main Square yet far enough away to be quiet at night. A spotlessly clean hotel with very comfortable spacious rooms, the shower room was very tastefully decorated, tiled throughout, looked new, hair dryer and towels included. There is a room on the first floor 'The Orangery' where there are some arm chairs and tables and a complementary hot drinks machine. Breakfast was a very pleasing experience, the table was set with a very visually pleasing array of excellent Polish breakfast foods, a generous carafe of orange juice each, a selection of five cheeses, various cold charcuterie, an interesting selection of breads, cake, biscuits, toast with jam and honey, and probably the best cup of English tea I have ever had outside of the UK, we were also offered freshly cooked eggs and sausage. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would be very happy to stay there again.

While it's true that the location of the hotel is a plus, that's about ALL I can say for this place. I stayed there last year, and had a miserable experience. The staff changed constantly, and while some were quite nice, many were completely unhelpful. Moreover, I had an accident on the property -- I slipped in their jacuzzi (luke warm water, for which they charged US$20 for 30 minutes), due to THEIR negligence, and not only did they refuse to accept any responsibility whatsoever, but the manager outright lied about the events in question. Were they in the US, I would have filed a lawsuit. In all my years of traveling around the world, I've never had an experience like this ANYWHERE (nor have I ever written a review of this nature). Every one of the other 6 hotels I stayed at in Poland provided a far better experience.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights and we absolutely loved the hotel. The hotel organised the taxi pick up from the airport to the hotel (by the way it is very cheap only £18-20) Tomasz in the reception was great, very friendly and he gave us great instructions about moving around, as we arrived nearly at midnight. The hotel decoration is lovely and it has two terrace (one indoor) to chill out after a busy day. Our room size was fantastic and the bed very comfy, the breakfast was good. The location is just perfect, in a quiet road next to everything. 5 min walk to the main square and about 30 min walk to the Jewish quarter. We highly recommend this hotel! Very happily surprise for a 3 star hotel. It must be 4 :) By the way the restaurant for dinner it was very nice with good prices.

Absolutely loved this hotel situated on a side street a short walking distance from the main square. Very clean and beautifully decorated, friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was very good too. Definitely would stay here again.
