I am really surprised that this is only a 3 star hotel, deserves at least 4 stars. Fantastic location, just minutes from the Old Town. Very good facilities. Cannot fault in any way. Lovely restaurant next door to hotel. Make sure you try the Miod Malina Resturant at end of road, well worth a visit. Open for lunch and dinner

This hotel is a little gem and definitely one I would recommend. I visited Krakow last December with a friend for some Christmas shopping and the hotel was certainly the icing on the cake. We stayed on the first floor and although we arrived early the hotel had our room ready within about an hour which was great. They recommended...

The Wawel hotel is located in a prime spot in the center of Krakow. We could not have asked for a better location--surrounded by restaurants, attractions, and the main square right down the street. The Wawel castle and Kasimierz were equally convenient. The hotel is beautifully decorated on the inside and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They...

Amazing value for a centrally located hotel, polite and helpful staff, room was very nice, would have liked Tea and Coffee facilities in room, It was hot in Krakow while there, and the A/C struggled a bit, room was well appointed and comfortable, maid seemed to only make the bed, and left some of our litter un-cleared every day, but...

An excellent location right in the heart of the main tourist sites, excellent restaurants, churches etc. everything is in an easy walking distance. Good air conditioning (it was very hot during my nine night stay)! Breakfast is with a good choice and the buffet items are refreshed regularly. Helpful, but unobtrusive staff, room cleaned well each day. In all this...

We stayed at the Wawel Hotel for 4 nights and what a lovely hotel it was! Very friendly reception staff who allowed us to check in early. They booked trips and taxis for us and looked after our luggage after checking out. We loved the courtyard and I particularly liked the staircase. The hotel was in a perfect position, close...

Located in a quiet street 50m from Grodzka st and midway between the market square and the Wawel - no better location for touring the old city. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room - spacious, clean and comfortable. Note - air-conditioning keeps working when you are out of the room - so important in hot summer! WiFi - strong and...

I stayed with my wife for 3 nights in the Wawel Hotel Krakow. Room & Reception were fantastic. The staff pre booked all my trips which made the trip hassles free. We arrived early and still no issue with giving us a room and we left late so the reception looked after our cases. It service at its best! Well...
