We stayed here in winter for my birthday. It was beautiful. Rooms are very cosy and warm even though the snows falling hevaliy outside. The breakfast which is included is beautiful. Lots of choice of nice meats and cheeses and breads. The bar is very reasonable and great to sit and have a vodka. Lovely staff too.

Been to this hotel a few times now and I go to Krakow 3 to 4 times a year. This is the best hotel in Krakow, I would recommend this definitely. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the restaurant next door is fantastic.

We stayed in this hotel in February 2015 for three nights, and would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel has a great location and is only a five minute walk from the Cloth Hall area, five 10 minutes walk to Wawel Castle, and 15 minute walk to the Shopping Mall. The rooms are excellent, very spacious, clean and very well...

Very helpful staff. Excellent large room with newly renovated bathrooms. A bit disappointed for the breakfast, I hope the owners will renovate this room as well. - and invest in a proper coffemachine ! Still I will absolutely recommend this hotel and will come back .

I stayed here for two nights. A very nice hotel in a perfect location in the centre near lots of sights. The room I had was large and comfortable. The hotel also has a nice restaurant cooking excellent local food.

My girlfriend and I spent a weekend in Krakow this past December 2014. It was her first visit and I was delighted that I was able to find and book a room at this wonderful spot. To begin, there was a last minute glitch in my reservation (not the fault of the Hotel) which the hotel staff resolved quickly and...

This was my second stay at this Hotel Wawel, and like I said to the lady at Reception upon arrival, it was like coming home. I love this hotel. It is clean, smart and homely. The rooms are very comfortable and provide all you need (although, I suppose it depends on what you need). If you need to relax or...

My husband and I stayed at the Wawel Hotel for five nights from the 1st to the 6th of February 2015. Before arrival I had emailed the hotel to ask about their recommendations for a special meal to celebrate my husband's birthday and about suggestions for excursions. Our flight arrived at Krakow prior to normal check in times and we...

Excellent hotel. Great location, being a short distance from the main square in the pedestrianised area, EVERYWHERE is walk-able. Main square, castle, even the Jewish area. Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms and bedrooms spotless. All areas of the hotel well decorated and clean. The staff on the desk 24 hours were excellent. We used the SPA once, it has...
