This was our first visit to Poland and so our first experience of a Polish hotel. The hotel itself was very nice, and very clean with lovely staff. They only do B&B which is a shame as they have a lovely restaurant in the basement. There is a fully stocked bar and a beautiful courtyard garden but they do not...

My wife and I have visited Krakow 5 times since 2007, and used the RT Regent every time. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, including the bathroom. We have never stayed on the 3rd floor although my friends have. This was the only room I thought was small. We usually go off season and noise has never been a problem....

we booked tis hotel in November, when we arrived on May 19th we were told it was overbooked and we would be transferred to the sister hotel. we should have smelled a rat on the way from the airport as the hotels driver (we booked transfers with them) was 'bigging up' this sister hotel, telling us how nice and refurbished...

We really loved this hotel. Everything from the room, the staff, the breakfast and the location was perfect. We weren't crazy about the original room they gave us and they immediately gave us keys to another room to see if we liked it and we did. Both the room and the bathroom were large as european hotels go. The size...

I've been to Krakow a few times now but this was the first time I stayed here (my usual hotel was full). Since I was there in January I was able to visit a few hotels and decide which I liked best. I was shown a few rooms with twin beds and when I commented on the room I liked...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Old fashion charm, very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the good breakfast. Good location, only about 5 - 10 minutes from the wavel castle in the old city. We loved the hotel location in the middle off Kazimiers with a lot off good restaurant and bars,...
