The hotel is ideally located near the train station and the old city area. The furniture and curtains in the room had a shiny royal touch which was a change from other hotels. The breakfast hall also had the royal decor.

The decor was exactly like what we wanted. Traditional and not just a generic hotel. We had a 3 bed room and for 3 people it was very small, but nicely decorated and clean. It was very convenient to have a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Unfortunately the service was bad. Took a long time to get anything, hard...

On checking in we found the hotel to be very welcoming. The decor seemed recently refurbished but with an 'old fashioned' theme. The room we booked was very spacious indeed and had fabulous ceiling to floor curtains and matching pelmets which set the tone for the tasteful decor. Large comfy beds, large dressing table, coffee table chairs and even a...

We had an extremely comfortable stay at Hotel Europejski. The hotel is located perfectly just outside of old town and right next to the main shopping centre and train station. Beautiful building with very comfortable and large rooms! The breakfast was also very good! A great base to explore Krakow from!

We specifically chose this hotel because it was close to the Krakow Train and Bus station, but more so because the photos made it look like a Viennese salon from the turn of the century. We were not disappointed on either score. A three minute walk to Krakow Glowny, and amazing ambience. We just loved the room with the outdoor...

19th century building with classic decor. Big rooms, warm with everything you need. The restaurant has good quality food and service. The location is 5 minutes walk from St. Mary's basilica. 2 minutes from railway station. Easy transfer from airport via railway station if you don't want a taxi. The bed is a little too soft and everything in the...

This hotel has many good things going for it. It is in an excellent location, close to the station and to the old town. The rooms (and bathrooms) are quite large for the class of hotel and they are well equipped. The beds are comfortable and clean. There is air conditioning, which seemed to work although we mostly left it...

We have to go around the block 3 times to find a park. A lady staff at reception not very friendly. Twice during the night a loud noise erupted in the corridor. Food are good though. Very close to train station, tram and bus stop.
