Booked this through hotels.com and had a nice stay there. Got an appartment on 2nd floor, 80 m2, with 2 bathrooms and a huge bedroom. The room was clean, but old and somewhat worn. No shower curtains in the bathroom. Breakfast was good.

Stayed in room 121 the largest rooms we have ever seen in a hotel. Entrance hall and loo. Study. Lounge and bedroom with bathroom. No shower as such just a hand held shower in bath. A bit dated and could do with a new carpet, mattresses and bedding as very poor. Lumpy old heavy duvets and thin hard mattress. Rooms...

Pros. Its handy to get into town but there are FAR better alternatives. Cons. Dowdy rooms. Lots of dust under the bed. Towels like scouring pads. TV didnt work. Cold scrambled eggs for breakfast. Not geared for English people. Scruffy broken furniture. Noisy outside at night. Down and outs drunk on benches outside. Summary. Go somewhere else.

אחד המלונות היפים שראיתי, קיבלנו סוויטה מדהימה שצופה לטירת וואוול. ארוחת בוקר מעולה , והכי חשוב מחיר מעולה. One of the most beautiful hotels I've seen, We got an amazing suite overlooking Wawel Castle. Breakfast excellent, and most importantly a great price

Well, to be really honest this hotel has to be for someone who likes that kind of stuff. So medieval type of rooms, whole hotel is you might think from medieval. Everything is clean and nice but not my type. Breakfast tasty and delicious. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely it's location which is very close to the...

Wonderful location facing Wawel Castle at the apex of the old town. Minutes on foot to the center of the Jewish quarter. Close to public transport. The Hotel needs a full renovation but is perfectly comfortable and excellent value. Rooms are huge!

We were lucky enough to get to stay in one of the apartments (as we were upgraded from a deluxe room) - and it was HUGE. Fridge, sofabed, two armchairs, a desk and various cabinets in the sitting room and a simply enormous bedroom. A total of six big windows, all featuring views across to Wawel Castle. It has to...
