Arrived on Friday all bars and restaurants closed Saturday which was a great shame for us as we couldn’t go out for a meal drink etc. The hotel staff were amazing Alexander, Daniel & Gabriella couldn’t do enough, as the hotel was empty Alexander up graded us to the top floor with wonderful views of the square. The place was a great location couldn’t of been more central. Went to the camps which are horrific and should never be forgotten. Salt mines and the city tour again our tour guides were so friendly and helpful. Really recommend this hotel staff are wonderful really enjoyed poland lovely place..
Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights from Thursday 24th sept till 27th Sept. Stayed on the top floor in a deluxe double l Absolutly superb room with amazing views over the square.lovely bathroom with big room space.staff were always helpful and couldn't do enough.we will defiantly be staying here when we return
The 4 star rating is apt for this hotel. We luckily chose not to stay in a self catering apartment close by and chose this hotel based on reviews. We overlooked the square which is picture perfect and even more so at night. It is also perfectly located to just about everything in the city. We chose a slightly larger room. We did not include breakfast since there are many establishments with breakfast options in the vicinity. The hotel was perfectly clean and niceties such as gown, slippers, soaps etc were supplied. It is also dead quiet and we slept incredibly well on the comfortable beds. Our room had a mini bar, some snacks, kettle and coffee. Bottled water on top of fridge was supplied for free on a daily basis. We had an aircon which was just perfect The staff are just awesome. When you walk in they always get up to greet you. 😊They were all fluent in English. Sadly it was time to leave beautiful Krakow and Hotel Wentzl. You will however see us again. …
The location of this hotel is perfect for the centre and other attractions. I had a lovely room overlooking the main square. What a view! The breakfasts was continental style with options of different style eggs. Requests appeared to be of no concern. I would recommend if this hotel is in your budget range.
Stunning hotel, fantastic location and the little balcony on our double deluxe room (45) with view over the main square was perfect for taking time out and people watching! The staff were extremely polite and helpful, particularly Gabriela who spoke perfect English. We arranged airport transfer taxis through the hotel, as well as a trip to Auschwitz, and they couldn't be faulted for price or convenience. It would've been helpful to have a mirror outside of the bathroom, and perhaps a little more storage space for a weeks worth of clothes. The staff were almost too polite with rising from the desk to greet us every time we came in or out, and that felt slightly unnecessary.
