I was staying in this hotel during a school trip for two nights and I must say that I am blown away! Breakfast and dinner were the best I ever had. For breakfast you have a buffet so you pick whatever you like, they have a wide range of food and drinks, from pancakes and cereals to beaten eggs and...

The Hotel was average nice fluffy towels, toilet paper good matteress, okay comforter and excellent buffet included. The hotel is very well located, near all the attractions of Krakow. The room are clean and spacious. The only problem is the carpet which is clean but has seen better days. The staff is helpful, but they don't know too much. We asked for some restaurant recommendations but they had very few to give. For one they gave us...

I stayed in room 506 which was at the back of the hotel and on fifth floor, so no noise until 6am when the builders started work on a major renovation of a nearby property. Others in our group who stayed at the front of the hotel found it very noisy, as just above a popular bar. Breakfast was fine...

Very nice hotel, easy to reach, in the middle between central station and city center. Quite some restaurants in the environment, nice personal that is always there to help you. The reception people really take there time to inform you and find a solution

Just comeback from this hotel (11th April) after a 3 night stay. The hotel is ideally situated for all local amenities and just a 3 minute walk from the main square. The reception staff were most helpful at check and organising trips and transport back to the airport. The rooms and public areas are very clean and beds and towels...

This Hotel has a great location, just 3 min walk from main square. But those are the positive things. The negative unavoidable downside is the noise from the street and nearby pubs. Even during weekday nights there was a loud noise from the bars. For sure sleep with the window closed and use the A/C in the room or request...
