This is my second visit to the Ostoya Palace. I came here a few years ago with some friends on a 'lads weekend' and didn't get to see what Krakow really had to offer. So this time, I came back with my wife and we were not disappointed. I love this hotel. The style and character of this hotel is...

The staff is very welcoming, the dining room elegant and quiet, the rooms are really big. Only few minutes walking distance from sukiennice, the old town square. Always a pleasure to stay there. Next month will be our 5th time.Thank you Ostoya! Jana G.

Nice location within few minutes walk from the old towns main square. Nice service, clean rooms and a good breakfast. We were staying in a suite (top floor, roof windows) which was quite big. Accommodates easily family of four. If you have small kids there were some toys and also two small chairs and small table for kids. Enough cabinets...

Hotel medium which does not deserve 4 stars. Conditioning weak noticeable on a hot day, especially on the second floor,. Breakfast is too long not so good (very poor). The only advantage is close to the Old City.

Came with my husband for 4 nights. Lovely staff, comfy beds, powerful shower. Free wifi in rooms. TVs have no English channels whatsoever so we used Netflix at night on our phone haha. Continental breakfast isn't the best but it's something to get you started for the day. Would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to friends and...

I spent 7 nights here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. the locations is excellent- about 7minutes to walk to the Old Town. Internet was good which was not what I'd heard re some other hotels in the area. The bed is on the hard side but I liked that and, for the price, I thought it was excellent...

The walls are thin like the fabric of a tent, you hear the neighbours clearly and the bed was as hard as sleeping on the ground. My coworkers bed was alright but when i asked them to do something about my bed i got a madress thin as a blanket. Breakfast and location was however good

I arrived in Krakow at the main bus station - the hotel is an easy 20-30 minute walk through the park. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was continental buffet, not the widest choice I've had, but absolutely fine. The hotel is a short walk from the main square, or...

10 minutes from the square and twenty from the airport. A hotel with real character, ceilings must be getting on for 20 feet high. Our room was "period" decorated that is to say not just 3 magnolia walls and 1 with colour but as befitting the age of the property. Our room had all the amenities you could want with...

We booked four double rooms for single occupancy on a .com site and it was the best value option available. Great location, short walk to the main square, very safe area, and there are plenty of sight seeing places within easy walking distance. We stayed on the second floor and the whole hotel has about 30 rooms. Perfectly quiet room,...
