Excellent location (10 minute walk to square) but tired and dated. Rooms are tatty and very basic, no safe, no tea facilities, no A/C, wifi poor in most areas and doesn't work at all in some areas, advertised restaurant beer garden is a derelict yard with no tables or chairs. Breakfast is continental with hot scrambled eggs and frankfurter sausages...

The hotel is well located for transport - i usually don;t like to trudge around when arriving in a new place, and this is a few minutes walk from the train station. The cleaning inside the rooms is not very good - the wardrobes were coated with dust, as were the edges of the rooms. Overall maid service is sloppy,...

We stayed here five nights and it was lovely and central to everything. Rooms are a bit dated and I would say because the room is large a decent single bed would be good rather than uncomfortable folding bed. breakfast had a good buffet selection we enjoyed it. The room does get warm and some form of air conditioning is...

This hotel needs a refurb. Furnishings are a bit grubby, carpets and towels are worn, toiletries and breakfast items were the cheapest of the cheap. There's no air con which means windows need to be open and the street is noisy - I was woken several times by traffic and party goers through the night and the church opposite has...

Poor room, no fridge, no AC, has a smell of an old place, Wifi is not connecting. The staff is nice, besides one girl, we asked for a tea spoon for our kids, it took app 1 Hr. I didn't mind waiting at the reception for it but she said they will bring it. We asked for another baby crib,...

Fantastic location of the hotel, only 200m from St Florian's Gate. Staff were always welcoming and happy to help with any questions . Food was basic, but sufficient for this type of holiday and cost of stay. Only two small issues,it does seem to get very hot at night in rooms around July/Aug without air conditioning or fans. This was...

The location of the hotel is excellent, about 100 metres from the florian's gate (the northern gate to the main market square). The location gives the best location with access to the busy market or the peace of park and gardens surounding the town centre. Access to train services (short walking distance), trams and taxis are very good. Also reasonable...

On arrival for a three night stopover we were welcomed with the news that there was no room for us for our first night due to building work in the adjacent property putting me into instant panic mode. However there was no need to worry they had a plan. We were relocated to the hotel next door, our luggage was...
