My wife and I stayed at the blubells apts from 26th to30th august 2013, the hotel is basic but very clean towels changed every day,the breakfast was good plenty to pick from cold meats and cheeses, eggs tomatoes, bread and rolls also polish sauges and beans, staff were very friendly and booked a trip to Auschwitz which was an unforgetable experience, the apts were only a five minute walk from the old town,we booked the holiday with easyjet holidays and had a fantastic time, would recomend i visit to Krakow to anyone.

My partner and I stayed here in January 2013 and found it much better than expected for the $40 we paid per night. We spent 3 nights here and felt secure and cosy. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and had plenty of space (though we were only coming to sleep, not spending large amounts of time in the room). The bathroom is small (as they all are in Europe) but there was enough hot water for both of our showers. Heating worked well and the bed was relatively comfy. The staff were all very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was limited but if we wanted more there is a wonderful bakery 2 doors down. It's only a 7 minute walk to the old town square one way and 7 mins walk in the other direction to the Jewish quarter. There is a tram stop literally right

I stayed 3 nights at the BlueBells apartments in July 2013. About a 10 minute walk from the main Bus and railway stations, it was easy to find on foot and I found out later it's virtually next to Starowislna tram stop. The staff were very friendly and full of advice and tips on where to travel, visit and eat etc. I had a 3 bed apartment on the 3rd floor all to myself, which had a television, kitchen, cooker and fridge. The apartment was very clean, although the furniture had seen better times, it was very comfortable. The apartments had free Wifi which was a fantastic and fast downloading as well. Breakfast was available for a small charge, but I never ate there because I got my own food from a local supermarket. The only downside was the noise at night from outside. It was hot

Dear Sir, We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our apartments in July 2013. It is very nice to hear and read positive opinions from our guests. We are always thankful for the kind words and appreciation of our work. As you have mentioned, July this year in Cracow was vey hot, as well as the all summer months. We understand very well that you had to keep windows open and we feel sory for the inconvenience connected with noise from the traffic. Hope to see you again. Best Regards, Bluebells Apartments

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the City Centre or the Jewish Quarter. The staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is fine including cereal, hot sausage and cold meats & cheese. The balcony room was spotless and the plumbing, tea making, hairdryer & wifi were fine.

Our apt was very spacious, although the bed was a bit lumpy,it was lovely and warm as we were there in March. When we went the salt mines and Schindlers factory the staff at reception were fantastic, writing notes for us to get our bus tickets and directions for the taxi drivers we used. The apts were very central for everything we wanted to do.

Dear Chestercrewe, Thank you for your opinion. Our reception staff does its very best to help our Guests with advice and tourism information. We are glad that this little effort is noticed and rewarded with a good note here. As per the localization, we agree that it is very good and from the hotel is close to almost every important attraction in Cracow. It makes easier for our Guests, who are mostly for the first time here, to reach the places like Main Square, Kazimierz Jewish Quarter or the Royal Castle – Wawel. We hope that you have spent here nice time. If you will plan to visit Cracow once again, please be welcome in Bluebells Apartments. Kind regards, Paulina Czuchryta

Located midway between the old square and the jewish quarter, this was a good base to explore the city. There is a tram stop right outside and a supermarket almost opposite. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This must be one of the best value for money places that we have stayed. Our room was spotless and the room was serviced during the day. The shower was very good and as it was so hot we used it 3 times a day to refresh ourselves. Breakfast was a buffet affair with sausage/cheeses/ham/toast/yoghurt etc etc. I really cant fault this place hence my 5 star appraisal.

Dear qualitywork1, It is extremely pleasant to know that you spend such a nice time here in Bluebells Apartments. Every opinion has a great value for us, especially those flattering. It is a reward for our hard work and impulse to do even more. We are proud of the our localization and that we can offer our Guests such a good base to explore the city, just like you mentioned. From the hotel it is very easy to get to the Main Square (5mins), Kazimierz- Jewish District (10mins) and almost to every part of city by any tram or bus, from the stop just outside the building. Thank you for the staying with us. If you will ever plan to visit Cracow once again, please be welcome! Best regards, Paulina Czuchryta

We stayed in on the Starowislna side of the apartments, and it was June. There was no airconditioning meaning you had to open windows to get a breeze. This wouldn't be a problem for most except the tram lines made it very loud. Besides the normal street traffic, sirens, tram lines, it was June and it was light enough at 4 AM. In Berlin and Warsaw, we closed our blinds to prevent early daylight, but we couldn't because at the Blue Bells we were baking with the windows closed. We loved it. We are from Florida, and it reminded us of home without the Disney fussy tourist treatment (humid/no airconditioning). The staff was great, and the included breakfast was fine. Not extravagant, but sufficient and worthwhile. The price was perfect, a steal. If you expect to be pampered,

Dear Jollyezoo, Thank you for your opinion. Every word means a lot to us and gives us a reason, either to be happy with our success or reason to work harder. Surprisingly summers in Poland are getting hotter and hotter every year, and this starts bothering even local citizens who suppose to be familiar with all weather conditions. This year the temperature was the highest since 90's! To relieve our Guests we have provided fans in therooms – did you have one? Passing by trams on Starowiślna Street could be noisy. For tourist especially, who are usually for the first time in our beautiful city, and every little noise sounds very loudly! But those trams are also very useful. Many people want to spend time as much as they can on Main Square and after long hours of visiting, meeting people and having fun they have to come back home at night, so trams must be there to provide them safe way. I believe that if you spend much more time in here, you would get use to it, as we have ;) In Bluebells Apartments ever Guest is important to us, and we try to host them with highest standard. Because the breakfast is the most important meal during the day and this is our job to give our Guests a good start of the day, we consider every single suggestion/praise/complaint. We are glad you have enjoyed your visit, and hope that will keep a good memories of Bluebells Apartments. Warm greetings, Paulina Czuchryta

I have just spent 7 days at the Bluebells. Due to a booking erroer by the holiday agent (NOT THE FAULT OF BLUEBELLS) we didnt get the self catering room we expected and as it was also a polish holiday the rooms were fully booked so we couldnt be moved HOWEVER!...despite this the staff gave us a fridge, kettle etc and invited us for free breakfasts for the duration of our stay.. The apartments are as central to everything as you could want... 10 mins to the main square in 1 direction and 10 mins walk...and I mean slow steady walk, not a jog...to the old town/ jewish qtr in other. If walking isnt your thing Trams stop outside and Taxis are cheap.

Dear JackyBr0wn, Thank you for such a nice opinion. Once again I would like to express my sadness because of the error of the rooms. But whenever mistakes happen, we do our best to make our's Guests stay comfortable and enjoyable. That is one of the advantages of Bluebells Apartments – request anything the reception and we will do what it takes to meet our Guests satisfaction. I hope you will remeber us, and if you are planning to visit beautiful Cracow once again, you can count on Bluebells. Warm greetings, Paulina Czuchryta

Just spent a 5 night stay in Krakow. Stayed at the Bluebell Apartments. About a 10 min walk from the main square. Cheap and cheerful. Clean rooms although abit dated. Showers good lots of hot water. Very noisy as trams seem to run all night and there is a tram stop outside the hotel.

Dear Code8, It is very good to here that you liked your stay in Bluebells Apartments! It is our responsibility to prepare the apartments with the highest standard. After your opinion, I can assume that we are doing it well  Yes, our localization is very good – it is close to Main Square, Kaziemierz (Jewish district) and to tram stop which may make a little noise, but it is also an advantage, if tourists would like to ride to further, unexplored parts of Cracow! Best wishes, Paulina Czuchryta
