What a fantastic stay for my first solo hostel experience. In arriving, I was walked to my room and shown where the bathrooms were. I met many other people staying there in the nice cozy lobby area outside of the rooms. It was very clean and I was offered coffee/tea/anything almost every time I came to my room.

The Ars Hostel was, overall, a disappointment for us. We booked a room with my elderly mother. Even for a hostel, the place was not good. They try to conceal it by going for that 'urban' yippie look, but it doesn't really mask the fact that it's just crummy and run down. It wasn't the worst place I've stayed at,...

First time stay at a hostel and was I surprised. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The room was clean, had all the essentials (mirror, plug sockets, table, lockers etc) and was comfortable. There was complimentary breakfast but we left too early in the morning to take advantage of that. My only worry was the...

The thing I liked the most about this place is how nice and kind the staff were to us. They were all young people with energy and desirous of helping. The place itself was also really cool with a nice kitchen and living room. What I didn't like was that guests there weren't quite friendly (maybe just in my case...

This hostel is only small but in a great central location. Staff were really helpful, offering us a hot drink as soon as we arrived followed by a vodka shot! A great welcome. We stayed in a private room, which has a bunk bed and another double bed along with an en suite. The room was great for two people,...

Disclaimer: I will use quotation marks in this review, to express the hostel point of view. I arrived at 00:00 tired, on Friday, and just after getting to the hotel one of the guys at the reception tells me "we have a problem" (how we have a problem? I just arrived!). Although I booked a room for four people, there...

The staff is the friendliest and most helpful I've come across. Really comfortable and clean common areas. Despite its small size it was very social, perhaps because all the rooms are in close quarters. Also the price is really great! I would recommend this place to anybody.

Booking- Online through HostelBookers.com as usual, no problems and paid on the door. Had made a booking for the 4 of us expecting two bunk beds.. got an 8 bed dorm to ourselves which was very roomy and ideal for our stay. Flat- Very cozy and all linen provided with a small charge for towels. Went communal on the toilets...

Loved my stay here, staff super helpful and accommodating. There's no real bar but that doesn't matter there's plenty of places to eat and drink. Shower is tiny. I stayed an extra night and they went out of their way to get me a bed at short notice. Common room is nice as is the kitchen. Walls are thin so...

The hostel was exactly what we needed it to be for our trip. Within a short walk of both the main square and the Jewish quarter, with a selection of bars and restaurants around it. Very good value for money by booking far enough in advance. The rooms were good, though a couple of the bunk beds were a little...
