Breakfast not of great quality and small selection of food on offer. Few plug sockets so had to limit myself to one plug. Discovered mouse in room along with leftover food from past guest(s). This to me suggested that rooms are not cleaned as thoroughly as they maybe should be. I understand that this is a 3* hotel but I... More

This is a standard 1990s hotel in Poland, just off the A-4 not far from Balice Kraków Airport. The walls are thin, the bed's a bit hard, but everything is clean. In our sleeping room there was only one electrical outlet: very inconvenient. Bathroom was clean and functional, but far from luxurious. This hotel is simple and relatively inexpensive. Breakfast... We booked this hotel in April but when we arrived in August we were told we had been moved to a different hotel. The different hotel was in the middle of an industrial area. I would recommend not booking this or they may move you without notification.

We stayed here as a group when visiting the various historical sites in Krakow. The hotel is basic, with the rooms being very aged and worn, however comfortable and clean enough to get your head down for an evening. The small bar is cheap and has plenty of choice, with the breakfast spread being a real mixed bag of meats,... More

Stayed here one night with a group of school students. Rooms are functional , have en suites . Beds are clean and comfortable as are the rooms and rest of the hotel. Main entrance has breakfast room to one side , very nicely furnished . Breakfast was a well stocked continental breakfast. On arrival we were heading straight out again... More

The hotel is almost in the suberb, We were really scared to leave hotel in the evening because there was only road and a field nearby, no light. Bus stop is not so near. Breakfasts are not very delicious, and we ate the same food 2 days. And one more - my sheet was torn and they didn't even change... More

I went with my school gateacre comp and enjoyed my stay there thoroughly I didn't want to go home my only concern is it's in the middle of nowhere (besides the motorway & railway track) we had a coach so it didn't matter but it would to normal travellers and that the beds feel a bit like you're lying on...
