Checked in on 10th June 15 Had the same triple bedded room as last year, with the added bonus of a terrace and very hot sunshine. Once again a delightful stay. Weather was very hot, evenings balmy. Main square comes to life with a variety of wonderful resturants and cafe culture, packed full of wierd and wonderful people. Lovely to...

Great place to visit if you want a real home away from home experience. We played with their cat, listened to him play Chopin on the piano, and had fun with their kids in the backyard. Breakfast is in their dining room, where we met real travelers. The town itself is very quaint. Go to the nearby salt mines. Will...

A mere twenty minute walk from the old city centre or 10 min bike ride, The Piano Guest House is a perfect base during your stay in Krakow. It's near the train station, quiet and quaint. I loved being able to converse with my hosts in French and English and find out more about their broad, artistic interests. I stayed...

Stepping into this guest house is a bit like stepping back in time. Its a lovely little guest house run by a very friendly and musical mother and son. Its location at first seems a little odd as it is just off a dual carriage way and surrounded by dilapidated buidlings, but once you understand the history of Krakow this...

Upon arrival, you are driven down a scary looking alley with abandoned cars and falling down buildings. The building is very old, the staircase and floors are warped and sink in when you step on them. The furniture is old, worn out and stained. The owner was very nice, but did not speak very good English. The beds were awful....

We arrived at this hotel very early in the morning (around 7:00) after coming in from an overnight train from Prague. We simply wanted to drop off our bags but she had an available room ready and so the nice woman who runs the guesthouse allowed us to check into it upon our early arrival. We were so delighted because...

The rooms are a bit basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and the Hotel owner is very friendly and helpful although her English is limited. It is only about 20 minutes walk into the main square accessed through a large modern shopping centre next to the main railway station. Our room over looked the main road so it...

I spent a few days in Krakow at the Piano Guest House. The owners are very kind and attentive. They are helpful in many ways, making suggestions and giving assistance, offering a fresh and well presented spread at breakfast, keeping the rooms clean, etcetera. The bed in my room was somewhat uncomfortable, with an older mattress. However, it was well...

The hotel is 17th century with some original features such as a beautiful staircase. The room was clean and the en-suite was very good. Althou8ugh there is no bar, it...

I just stayed here for a couple nights and I'm so glad I did. Safe, accessible, and the owners are so nice. I had a room facing the street but I didn't have any issue with the noise -- nothing earplugs couldn't manage. It was great to have access to the fridge to store drinks. I loved the garden and...
