OMG what a wonderful place to stay! The first amazing thing was check-in. I checked out of the previous hotel (stayed 1 night) and arrived at the hotel at noon. My sister and I went to the hotel in hopes they would hold our luggage so we could go out. "Your room is ready...I'll take you there." Again--at 12 noon!!! Very friendly check-in. The room was beautiful and quiet. Beds were comfortable--bathroom was pretty luxurious in my opinion. 2 bedrooms, small kitchen, living and dining room. Tip: Don't make the assumption that once you close the room door it is locked--IT IS NOT. Just remember to lock the door with your key. The lock was super secure--you could turn it up to 4 times to make it more secure. Centrally located and walking distance to trams. busses, subway and trains. Highly recommended.

I`ve spent 2 nights here and the place is Ok, location great. The main problem was the temperature in the room during the night. It was around 17-18 degrees and the cause for that, the receptionist said, was that "the city cut off the heating". The air conditioning device that could have been used to warm up the place was also blocked on AC "to save energy the receptionist said". I would never stay here again

Don’t be fooled by these photos. This place has nothing to offer except its location. Dirty walls, old furniture with torn upholstery. You won’t see it on pictures. Breakfast is served in a bistro nearby, so if you leaving before 10:00 AM - no breakfast for you. My advise- go elsewhere. Pick a nearby Novotel. Similar price - waaay better experience.

Do not believe the 'hotel' in the name, this place is like renting a soviet era apartment. I regretted my decision immediately - from the noise from the apartments directly below and above you (I could literally hear everything that what was going on in both their bedrooms and toilets), to the constant street noise outside (located on a busy pedestrian street where there are constant voices shouting and street musicians playing until the early hours), to the loud bar and restaurant located on the ground floor, I honestly would not wish my worst enemy to stay at this 'hotel'. The apartments are not 'luxurious' as described, they are old and dated with appliances from the cold war. I had to take photos so my friends would believe me. Despite claiming there is security after hours, I did not see them once when I came back - which is extremely unsafe given how much foot traffic is on this street. It actually became comical how bad this place is. If your time in Warsaw is important and you want to be able to sleep and function the next day, stay somewhere else. Do not fall for the low price. This is false advertising at its worst - there is nothing regal about St. Andrews Palace. Literally the worst place I have ever stayed and completely ruined my time in Warsaw.

This apartment hotel had fantastic location in a non traffic street a short walk from the Palace of Culture and Science. Several restaurants, shops and a large mall in walking distance. The hotel itself has a beautiful exterior. We had a large apartment with kitchen, living room, bath room and bed room. All decorated in the 80`s, but hey - there`s a charm in that too hehe. The strange thing in this apartment, was the floor....the floor was not even...it had la arge (!) bump of about 10x10x100 cm in the bedroom, as if after an earthquake, and you could not close the door in the bedroom b/c of this. The were several bumps in the floor, so you had to be a bit careful when walking around. Other then this, an ok apartment. It`s not modern, but to this price, and this location, good enough. PS - the lock on the door....an adventure in itself!

The location of this apartment is excellent, not far from the main transportation hub and downtown area. Going to the old town area is a pleasantly 15 minutes' walk. The street is full of activities, restaurants and shops, and the residence is located inside a courtyard which cut out most of the noise. According to the booking confirmation, front desk is closed at 10 PM. However, our flight was delayed and we called ahead. A staff waited for us even we arrived well past midnight. The unit we had was VERY spacious, and came with a bottle of red wine. I could've given it a 5-star rating, if not because of the age of the building (but quite well kept) and the quality of towels, shampoo, bedding, etc.

Spent two nights here on a short trip to Warsaw with my friends and everything was great. The apartment was nice and cosy (warm and well furnished) and the location was fabulous. The only downer was the lift being broken - but an extra bit of exercise isn’t always a bad thing!

We stayed in Junior Suite in this property and found it very comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. It's situated very centrally with access to shops, restaurants etc. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful with particular mentions for Justina in reception and Cesar in the cafe/bar who were brilliant all throughout our stay. There is an issue at the moment with access to taxis, due partly to COVID and also due to roadworks in the area which are restricting the drivers access to the hotel so this was a hassle when trying to go places.
