You need a car if you want to stay here but it is wotth it. The hotel guests are given free access to use the beautiful grounds, pool facilities and exercise equipment. The rooms are clean and spacious. There was no safe in our room and a creepy picture on the wall above the bed but we had a good...

This is a very nice thermal spa with two pretty large swimming pools(one inside and another one outside with three fairly cool water slides), one jacuzzi(inside) and three small kids` swimming pools(one inside and two outside). Thermal water in the outdoor pools can be quite a few degrees cooler than in the indoor pools where it is constantly warm(32 degrees...

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children (a girl aged 10.5 and a boy aged 7). We arrived to Slovenia for our 9 days family vacation. Since Slovenia is the ultimate country for star type trips, we chose Terme Snovik as our base for the first 7 days. It turned out to be an excellent choice! The...

We had a great few days relaxing here with friends after a week touring around Slovenia. We had 2 linked apartments for the 4 of us which worked well (saved sleeping on the pull down sofa). The apartments are well maintained and very clean. Cooking facilities are adequate - just a hob but you can ask at reception for a...

This is basically a waterpark with some accommodation added. It is situated in a beautiful, alpine valley, some distance from the nearest village. We had booked for three nights but left after just one. The standard of facilities, and especially the food is just not acceptable in what is supposedly a four-star venue. The food is poorly prepared and presented...

Our two rooms were good, clean and maintained. The pools are very nicely designed, with three excellent water slides, two toddler-high parts, massage jets, whirlpool, and still plently of room for swimming. The pools are indoor and outdoor, but the latter are obviously open only during summer and only in nice weather. The capacity is not that great, so there...

The room was clean, but mattresses seen better days, making the beds not so comfortable as one could expect. Breakfasts were also average quality, decent but nothing special. Overall a decent stay but far from perfect.

We've been here for one day at the sauna centre and a short swim at the pools. I must say the quality has really gone down from the last time we've visited. They are doing nothing to maintain this place, the faucets in the sauna centre either don't work or are really old, dirty and look disgusting. Nobody is taking...

We came back to this resort again after three years. This time it was disappointing experience and we decided to check out early. The quality has gone down in many aspects. The most annoying is that they still do not offer WIFI in the apartments. It only works at the reception and the speed is slow. Nowadays this can not...

“Tip 1: ask for an apartment that close to the pool (so you have less to walk). Tip 2: Go visit Velika Planina and take the cable car up to the top of the mountain. Gorgeous!”

“The apartments we had were at the end (house number 7), so a bit far from entrance to the water park,so we drover by car (2 minutes) But at the same moment it was far from outside pool's noise. So choose what ever is suites you. First floor we liked more than ground floor, but not critical.”
