The name of the hostel isn't a lie, it is by far one of the best hostel I stayed in. The staff is very friendly and the hostel as a family flair because it's small and not overpacked. The location is perfect because it's close to everything and in a neighbourhood where you can get cheap food and drinks. Very...

If you are looking for something simple, useful and comfy this is your place. The beds are really comfortable and is warm (we were hosted there during maybe the coldest days of winter and we weren't cold at all inside the hostel). You have a kitchen with all the things you need (oil, sugar, coffe, infusions) and a nice ambient....

The reception is available from 9am - 10pm only. Yet you can ask for late check in like what I did. I sent them an email prior to my arrival asking for late check in. When I got there around 11pm, the reception was still waiting for me and kindly checked me in. The hostel is really clean and neat....

The hostel is very well located, easy walk to the main attractions. No need to use bus or subway. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, making sure you have a comfortable experience while staying there. There are lockers in the room and the beds are comfortable. I arrived at this hostel late in the night, and was pleasantly welcomed by the staff who only left the hostel once I was settled in. The hostel beds are comfortable and the overall hostel is quiet, which was great for a good sleep. The staff was courteous, with free tea/coffee, to guide you around the major things to see/do...

Comfortable place to stay for sure! It's located near the city centre which makes it even more ideal to stay. Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
