We stayed in this hotel for two nights. It was very cold outside but the room was so warm. They have underground garage whitch was really helpful those days. Room was clean and simple. Loved the coffee and tee in the room every day. Just bathroom was old and smelled strange. And it was really noisy - all day and...

The hotel is clean , but the bathroom is old .4 star that has a 2 star standard. Most annoying is that the windows has absolutely no insulation , all the noise from the street , all the traffic is going right through your room(Budapest traffic) . You have to pay for parking so have that in mind when you...

I was starving so I aet in the hotel's restaurant! The waiting staff was cool and they explain me that, there is a new...

On business, second time here. Rooms OK but staff service and restaurant are poor. WiFi up and down. Immediate area is scruffy but No. 1 tram is very convenient for getting into town. As there are no restaurants in easy walking distance I tend to eat in the hotel but most of the choice seems unavailable especially weekends. Breakfast is...

We arrived at this hotel with high hopes after being sold it by the deal with our Groupon voucher. The receptionist that works in the morning should never be employed to work front of house. It was like a joke how rude she was and it actually made us laugh at her audacity! When we got there she stood on the...

Appalling customer service from member of front reception staff member tonight after ordering drinks for my wife and myself from the bar. The bar man did not ask me for payment or ask me my room no. after receipt of my drinks, so assumed he was aware of my room no. We went to our room and we were approached...

Stayed here for 2 nights. Overall the furnishings are modern and there are sufficient electrical plugs by the bedside and at the desk. Free Wi-Fi is good. However, some downsides: - many beetles in the room even though windows were closed, killed 6-7 over the 2 nights. No idea where they were coming from. - pillows were very flat and...

I stayed 1 night in Achat Premium Budapest hotel in September 2016. My expectations were high. I stayed in Munich Achat Premium Munchen Sud many times in the past and was always great Value experience. In Budapest Rooms are smaller, Bathroom is smaller and shower is half size than Munich hotel. Floor in the room was stinky. Breakfast has a...
