Just about 100m from nearest metro station. Friendly staff and buffet breakfast good enough for dinner time. Small clean room but quiet and bathroom with hairdryer. I like it and I can stay next time in Budapest.

Firstly the Hotel has no Fire alarm, nor does it have Half hour Fire doors, and there is no Fire escape diagram in the room. Also I was wakened by the cleaning staff yelling to one another across the landings at 08:20 on my first day, need I say more.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. The man on the desk was very helpful during our visit. The room was fine and there was enough space. The breakfast was average but at the price of the hotel, who could complain. Very near to Octagon Metro and there are many bars and restaurants a short walk away.

I spent two days in this hotel. The room was ok, but the problem was that one day the hot water doesn't work, and the other day work a few time. Also the man of reception was very boor with us. I think that this tipe of hotel isn't 3 stars.

We recently stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. My husbands wallet containing £75 was locked in the room safe with our own PIN number. On the train back in UK my husband opened his wallet and £75 was gone. This was taken whilst the wallet was in the safe in our room. The safe has a PIN number that...

We've just been guests to Silver Hotel Budapest when we visited Christmas Markets in Budapest. The hotel was easy to reach, it is very close to the heart of the city. We have walked for about 20-25 minutes to get to the the Christmas Markets. The metro station is olny 25 meters from the hotel. The room is small, but it...

My boyfriend and I stayed here on an airfare + hotel package, so I can't comment on the value. I will, however, comment on a number of other aspects. We were put in a triple rather than double room, so we had extra space which was nice. We also had a terrace, but it was cold so that didn't matter....

The hotel's location is excellent. The metro is just next to it, on the main road. The rooms are clean and the breacfast is good enough. Many sightseeings you can approach just by feet. Also in the area there are many bars, bistro and cafes.

Very good location, close to city centre with many restaurant and coffee shops nearby. Generally the hotel is clean and the stuff is friendly. Wi-fi works good. Other than that its' decoration is very outdated and it has only one elevator in which only two people can fit!!! Breakfast is very poor and there is no hairdryer or shampoo/shower gel...
